Absolutely appalling service do not use

Ordered and payed for toilet on 25th November 2014 when toilet was on sale, only to receive email following day to say out of stock and not able to give a date for delivery. Went onto the site to see if it stated toilet out of stock, to find it had almost doubled in price and no mention of out of stock.
After waiting over six weeks without any communication I rang them direct ( trading as innovative bathrooms) spoke to ben who informed they still had no idea when they would have stock, I asked what I should do, for him to abruptly say wait for me to email you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

Very poor customer service

After explaining very clearly to them that I needed my items within 5 days and agreeing to pay the £45 rush order charge and being PROMISED that this was OK and could and would be done - No goods arrived - Trying to speak to someone by phone is almost impossible and they either don't reply to your emails or take ages to do so
Very poor customer service - no emails to keep you informed looks like a web site with very manual back end processes - Try another bathroom supplier

A good start but it all went down hill

Bought a whole new bathroom suite. Started really well, with a helpful person assisting me when I chose the goods that I wanted. Sink, loo and radiator all fine and a lot cheaper than available in the shops. However they sent the wrong bath; lots of apologies and they arranged to send another one. But the second one was wrong too. By this time, my workmen were in doing the job, so we couldn't wait for bathsuperstore to try a third time and my plumber had to get me a bath himself instead, which cost considerably more than the bathsuperstore one, so I was left out of pocket. Weeks later, I still have bathsuperstore's bath in my living room as I cannot get them to come and collect it at a time that is mutually convenient - and I don't yet know whether they have refunded me. Particular gripes:

(a) they *tell* you when deliveries/collections are going to happen, rather than arranging a convenient day with you like anyone else does;

(b) where they have to use a third party delivery company, my experience is that they do it on the cheap - they had a sole deliveryman deliver an entire bathroom suite and he had to somehow carry in a heavy steel bath by himself, which is meant to be carried by two people;

(c) their attitude is so laid back it's almost horizontal - I have spoken to Ben in their shop innumerable times but actually getting him finally to sort things out to my satisfaction is proving nigh on impossible.

So, all in all, really disappointing because it started so well, but these 2 stuff ups with the bath, followed by completely ineffectual efforts to resolve it (I DON'T WANT A BATH IN MY LIVING ROOM!!!!) have unfortunately meant that there is no way I could recommend to my friends that they deal with them.

Rubbish customer service

We ordered a sink and radiator from this company and have been trying to contact them for 4 days regarding this order. Have left messages on their customer service line - have texted messages to their automated serv ice and have emailed them - to gain a response. What did we get an automated reply saying they "aim " to reply within 24 hours. 48 hours later - still no response despite further phone calls. Ended up googling their shop address to gain a landline shop number to discover that they dont deal with customer orders after 5pm or at the weekends. Now Friday night - no hope of contact til monday. Have our money - dont seem to be interested. Next stop bank to get money returned at least they are open and deal with customers on a Saturday
