Super knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful and clearly not just reading off a script like some other online firms I contacted.

Fantastic service throughout. We were very pleased with the communication from start to finish of the transaction - particularly as we live in New Zealand. A triumph of service quality
When I was sourcing and buying a range of bathroom fittings for a high-end ensuite, Bathwaters triumphed where other retailers failed. For prompt service, competitive pricing, great advice and being prepared to go the extra mile, I have not experienced better. Thoroughly nice people - and you can actually speak to them!
