Wrong product & lack of care for the customer

I ordered a battery described as compatible with my laptop - it turned out to be out of stock, I haven't heard from the company until I reached out to them 2 months later. When it finally arrived, it didn't match the description and certainly wasn't anywhere near the model.
I experienced awful customer service while trying to resolve the issue, the man was obnoxious and refused to own to the company's mistake saying he's sorry I didn't check upon ordering - it is my mistake indeed to trust that a company trading in batteries knows their product and not checking it to the detail. In the end I wasted 3 months, had to deal with irritating employee and have to send the battery back at my own expense.
The company seems to know very little about their trade and basic customer service - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi, We are very sorry if you feel that we treated your purchase the wrong way. As we see it, you ordered the wrong item, and we dont understand, why you claim this is our failiure. You have returned the battery and recieved all your money back.

Very bad quality. Battery drains out very quickly.

I have ordered a Laptop Battery Apple MacBook Pro 13 "2015 Retina. Normally, they say, they will send on the same day if you buy before 12PM. But they didn't. I had call them after 2 days to send my item, then they send.
And most importantly, the battery is expensive but not good quality. Battery drains out very quickly. I paid nearly 800Kr, but this item does not worth that much. So bad quality.

As written on both the shop and the order confirmations we say 1-4 days deliverytime. just to make sure we dont promise more then we can handle. But we are sorry if you got the impression that next day delivery is for all products.,

Passionate about batteries

I had bought some cordless makita tools in the usa and they came with batteries and us charger. I bought a 220 volts charger here that worked on and off. The special equipment needed to test whether the batteries or the charger were at fault was nowhere to be found in copenhagen. I was told you had to be a battery nerd enthusist. Well I found Claus. He just had me send everything and I not only got working batteries but an upgraded charger at no additional cost. I could not have been more pleased. No wonder they have such great reviews. I am now a loyal customer. I love people with a passion for what they do.
