I wrote the last review, saying how the battery supplied was not original and did not work. Following a further attempt to contact the company through eBay, they responded and arranged a refund which is most appreciated. I must therefore acknowledge their response by changing my review , trusting that this was just a once off occurance.

Purchased a charger for a laptop, it took a while to arrive but did eventually turn up and was as advertised. However, it stopped working in less than 12 months. That's where the issues started! So far I am 2 weeks in and still have not had an adequate solution for the faulty charger. I have been offered 2 options, both of which leave me even further out of pocket! One was even them asking me to pay postage and an additional amount for a replacement! Their product is faulty, it is still in warranty, yet they expect me to pay more to have a replacement sent? Ridiculous. And as soon as I mentioned that this is not in line with consumer law, they suddenly stopped replying. Would not do business through them again and would warn others away.

Ordered a keyboard that was advertised to be compatible with my laptop. It was promised to arrive within 6 days, but it arrived in about 3 weeks. After I installed the keyboard, the backlit wasn't working (which I paid extra for and was the only reason I ordered it) so I asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund,and said I had to ship the product back at my own expense which I shouldn't if I was sold a product with false advertisement that did not work. The customer service rep kept arguing otherwise. I will NEVER purchase from this website again, and I urge you to do the same if you don't want yourself in a bad situation.

This is an unsolicited review that I would like to share. I took a wild chance and desperately needed a cooler fan for my 16 yr old son's laptop on which he does his homework. In South Africa they informed me it would take 8 - 12 weeks! Battery adapter had it at my front door in 6 days! Shannon you guys are tops!

I buy new Keyboard for My asus G51 from Denmark.
Delivery was for free and what make me shocking surprise-it was extremely fast .I like this company.Keyboard is working, not fake , no lies -I will for sure shop more . Highly recommended !!!
