coordinately the worst company I’ve ever dealt with one of the batteries that was delivered to me only lasted a very short time on its first use, and I had a lower empire battery that lasted much longer. Also, the battery was really hot so hot that I’ve been hardly touched it. This race concerns with me about safety going forward as they normally get hot. They get older, but I tried to contact the company and they said they would bust on it. Get stuffed absolutely horrendous companies to deal with all they want is the money they don’t wanna deal with anything. They don’t think English law rep replies to them. They think their policy upfront everything they don’t have English addresses. They only have a Chinese address I would avoid like a plate, but no idea about these batteries how good they are when they were tested how they last or anything and there’s no back up and support I would definitely avoid these in future. All my other batteries are both originals and they perform much better never gets so hot. Yes they’re more expensive but I prefer going to bed knowing that when I wake up in the morning, the house haven’t done them. Honestly this is only my views an opinion, but they are a terrible company. We tried to write to them. We sent them loads of emails. They never replied with anything other than our policy is top trumps go away. I asked for safety reasons if they could inspect the battery, but they said they didn’t want it returned. They looked in a picture and they could decide what to do and they were terms policy from the picture. Basically don’t do anything. I’m not really good at writing these but the message is still the same avoid like the plage .

Thank you for keeping me informed about the progress of my order. I understand that it came from China but was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The product is superbly manufactured and seems to work safely, charges well and seems all very good. Delighted with the order and highly recommended supplier.

Won't always charge. Doesn't charge fully. 8ah procore doesn't last as long as a 3ah genuine. Thought i'd take a punt on one of these but wish I hadn't.

Their response is that this is normal, yet my 12 year old Bosch batteries work normally?

Good product, quick delivery

I was very annoyed that Stiga could not replace my battery directly. However, they provided details of Batteryer who promptly despatched my order, I presume from China, quickly and proficiently. So far the battery appears to work well.

Arrived in reasonable time and we were pleased with product.

The battery I purchased was a bosch 36v 4.0 Ah. It is 9 months old and has been used around 5 times and fully recharged after use. It being for gardening tools it has been unused over the winter. I went to use it last month finding it completely discharged. I attempted to recharge it however it was unable to take a charge. This was all explained the Batteryer over 3 internal emails. The blame was put on me for not charging it enough. The last email received included a link to respond that was blocked by my security as it was a high risk for hacking. So in summary I have bought a faulty product and this company has failed to abide by its responsibility that all others offer ie. a one year warranty. A bit of advice, do not buy from this company, if you're trying to save a few quid do your research and ensure that the company is reputable and has a quality customer service otherwise you will find it a false economy.

Battery only used once so far, but holds charge well and was excellent in use in my lawnmower.

The 80 V 5.0 Ah Li-Ion replacement battery for my Mountfield mower arrived when promised. The price was reasonable. I have used the mower three times with the new battery and it has performed as with the original battery. The battery is fully compatible with my old Mountfield battery charger.
The communication with the company was a bit uncertain. I didn't know if I was dealing with someone in the UK or in China.

Bought wrong batteries - have returned and hope correct ones arrive

The order for a 36V battery has just arrived and the new battery is now fully charged - I have not yet tried it in my battery powered lawn mower. I needed a new battery as the original one would no longer charge fully. The Batteryer product looks good and I will probably buy another as a spare as the lawn mower runs out of power before all the grass is cut and the Batteryer product is a very reasonable price.

Good price for my replacement drill battery & delivered in good time

The battery took about 15 days to arrive. That said it appears to be a good and long lasting item. It enabled me to mow two fairly large lawns which my two original batteries were failing to do, and still had some power left in it. Excellent!
