I actually was very surprised as the time you give your customers. I actually had an issue in the beginning and i was helped out immediately. The chat source that you provide on your page is great. still haven't got a response from my shipping inquiry
I ordered product from them on 04/21/2015 and on 04/28/15 I emailed and asked when this would be shipped. I still have not received a response nor have I received a shipping notice and it has been 2 weeks. I will be opening a dispute thru paypal today.
