On the 3rd of March you received an email with us with the tracking number for your order.
We checked the tracking system and it shows the following message:
"A delivery was attempted for your item with reference LB386913133GB in GERMANY before 09:42 on 06/03/15.
If the addressee does not collect it or make an arrangement to have it redelivered, it will be returned to the sender in the UK".
We strongly advise you to get in touch with Deutsche Post and enquire about your parcel with the tracking number provided.

Horrible service
Ive made my order like last week and i still didnt get notified that its been dispatched. Also i had to ask via email about length and how long its gonna take , first email i got didnt answer my question at all, the 2nd only said its up to i think 2-3 weeks after its been dispatched.
That wasnt helpful, and its taking ages! Im in a crisis thats why i ordered it!

Today (19th of February) you replied to this shipping confirmation email (therefore you definitely must have received this email), so i don't quite understand your argument "still waiting til this day to hear from this company".
We have provided you with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order online (which by the way has been shipped within 24 hours after you placed your order). As stated in our terms & conditions, deliveries to the US might take between 5-15 working days (today is the 6th working day after you placed your order).
Once again, I do not understand your criticism. We would like to hear back from you with information on why you accuse us of conducting a "poor way to do business".
