Firstly, it's concerning that Baur provided you with inaccurate information. As a customer, you rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the online shop to make informed decisions about your purchases. The fact that Baur did not take this responsibility seriously is unacceptable.
Furthermore, it's unacceptable that Baur would limit your online account without a valid reason. It's your right as a customer to have access to your account, and Baur should provide a clear explanation for any account limitations or suspensions. The fact that they are unable to provide a reason for this action is deeply concerning and suggests that they may not have your best interests at heart.
Lastly, it's alarming that Baur would use privacy as an excuse to avoid answering your questions. The most stupid customer service in the world!
The most stupid customer service in the world! I recieved a product with defect and send it back and wanted another one. Everytime I called them they told different thing. And at the end I just wanted my money bank and no more product from them and they put the money to my Baur account. Then again I called to ask to send this money to my bank account they said do not worry it will come today or tomorrow, we have all your information. But unsurprisingly after 2 days I called and now they say we do not have your bank account information please provide the information so we can send. This whole things took 2 weeks of my time and yet problem is not solved.

The worse customer service in Germany
Unfortunately they sent me a wrong item and i didn’t receive it because i told the driver to return it back.
Then after long time waiting for the refund;
They cut the amount of delivery around 35€ for delivery cost and it is their fault and mistake
without even apologizing or any kind of response or respect

The most pathetic company I ever came across. I ordered an E-Scooter which was supposed to come in 1 week. Well ofcourse it didn't arrive. And everytime I would call they would keep saying next week. They made me wait for more than a month. And today they told me we don't have the article. Why this harassment then. And Bauer pls don't bother to give a generic reply. I m now wishing I get my deposit back

I have ordered my laptop since two…
I have ordered my laptop since two weeks, they asked me to pay 140 which is not indicated in the slip, and no one helped me to remove it, and then after i paid it, till now no update about it, and when i call the service center, they have the worse one, the agent didnt even bother to ask for my information, and told me just to wait, i wish i went to Grover.

I am a long-time customer of BAUR and have never had any problems. If you reliably fulfill your obligations (i.e. you are a "good" customer), they deliver promptly after you order.
BAUR is a German traditional mail order company and I personally appreciate especially the possibility of payment in installments. This is very good especially for larger purchases.
I've only had a small disagreement once so far, when they wanted a larger down payment for my Xbox Series X order. Since I am a customer who always pays his debts to BAUR on time for years now, a phone call was enough here and just in view of this, they dispensed with the down payment and made the order ready for shipment immediately.
Thank you for your service, dear BAUR team, I will certainly remain a loyal customer! :-)
They keep charging me
They keep charging me, their system is not working properly, I have talked with the support they didn't help that much, they don't speak English, and they didn't explain exactly why the system keeps charging me with payments while I'm paying what I have agreed on the plan at the first place, I have tried OTTO and their system is way better and their support is better than Baur, and that was my first and last experience with Baur never ever try again.

I can't reply to their msgs on here, but I have tried to contact you through this email you provided and it didn't work, there's no such an email like that, it couldn't be found, so you are basically providing a fake email to the customers.

Baur spends more time into sending Mahngebühren than building a good online store with good offers.
I responded to the email address provided by Baur and gave the Invoice number in the subject (4840226) and the customer rep asks me about my full name, address and contact details. How embarrassing is it that you cannot find your own customers under the invoice number that the customer provides you with?
Update: during my free Saturday, the customer rep keeps sending me e-Mails without any content or purpose. After providing the invoice and order number multiple times he is still not functioning well enough to find the order. According to him it’s a data security issue. I recommend Baur to hire personnel that has the skills of using a simple order management system. BAUR staff; please stop these fake responses, you do not care so leave the customer alone.

I had ordered a few times, and I also returned a product for which I got the money returned without any issues. They have good prices for some products.

I regret that I did not read the review here before ordering. I ordered a washing machine with the installation service and old machine removal service. The servicemen were very unprofessional, refused to install the machine and left the unpacked washing machine in my washing room. They also insisted that I disconnect the old machine, and they refused to help me with that. I had no idea what to disconnect, and I was struggling like 10 minutes, while these two men were just standing and watching their mobile phones. I called the customer service, which was also awful, they said that I should install it myself. If I could do this installation myself, I could also just buy a second-hand machine much cheaper one, but I ordered it from this shop, because of these extra service. I am very dissatisfied, and I will never buy anything from this shop.

Ordered my Playstation 5 at Baur and it arrived in time and I will even get a second controller instead of the remote, which was not available! Very happy and very thankful!! :)
Never again
I can understand all the negative reviews that have been written after experience the most unorganized shop in the world. After returning a dress that took a month to be delivered and then had a big hole in it, it’s taken now 6 weeks to try and get my money back and there is still no sign of the refund.
Totally unprofessional company.

We ordered a kid’s bicycle in mid November in order to have it by Christmas. Baur reclaimed that it was 2 weeks delivery time. After two weeks they said again that it would arrive in two weeks. I called a third time in the first week of December and they told next week would arrive at their location.
Today is the 13th of December and I just got an email claiming that the bike can only be delivered in January.
This after I spoke to them several times and then assuring me it would arrive on time for Christmas.

Baur.de is by far one of the worst websites I have ever seen. They blatantly lie about the shipping times because they don't even have the articles!!! They use a very criminal technique of putting items they don't have at discounted price so that you buy from them instead of Amazon or other websites, because they are loosing competition every day. Then, they won't let you know. They will keep you waiting and weeks later when you call them they will answer: no sorry, we don't have it. In the meantime they keep your money. If you are to choose between this website and another, please please please choose another one and keep your fingers away from baur.de!
