What a bunch of underhand cheats. Sent out some headphones with a split dirty faulty cable. Told me that
not possible to replace just the cable and to return the whole unit. To save postage and expense I bought a replacement cable for £4. The headphones then split on both sides rendering them unusable after only 8months use. After contact they then rufused to accept their shoddy 'refurbishment' and then offered to repalce just the cable! Judging by the negative feedback it is obvious that this company buys in shoddy used goods and resells them as 'refurbished'
do not even think about buying anything from these scumbgs.

Terrible Customer Service
Haven't received the item yet (ordered 6th September) and customer support has been less than helpful. May change rating depending on final outcome. Until then, I am not impressed with Baxtros Limited and would not recommend purchasing from them.
Not as described on the website – poor customer relations
Bought some Bose Soundsport headphones to replace ones that I left on the train. I have mixed feelings about this company. They are obviously a small enterprise trying to make a living by refurbishing stuff, which is all to the good. However, if they want to be successful they have to improve their customer relations.
I asked a question about the headphones before purchasing which was answered very quickly, so I went ahead and bought them. When bought new from Bose, they came with shaped silicone earpieces to stop them falling out of your ears. I knew from experience that there are 3 sizes and I need the medium ones. The Baxtros website says they come with 3 earpieces so I thought that would be fine. However when they arrived the wired headphones worked well, just as described, but there was only one set of earpieces – the large ones. I contacted Baxtros and had to wait a week for a reply. I was told that they had made a mistake and it only came with one, and they have now amended their website. There is no attempt to send me medium sized earpieces so I am having difficulty using them.
I would think twice about using this company. My purchase wasn’t too expensive but I don’t think I would risk a pricy item from here.
UPDATE - I have now received a set of earpieces that fit me so can confirm that the product is now usable and works well. However, it is a shame that the first response to my complaint was that they had made a mistake but I would just have to put up with that. Only after I argued against this did I receive the 2nd earpieces. If there had been more apology then this would have been 4 stars.
If all goes well then this company is doing a good thing in refurb kit, but when there is a problem they need to up their game. Hopefully they are learning.

Contacted seller - suprise, suprise!!!!, physical faults are not covered by the warranty. Since the very reason we bought from this seller was the warranty, we are not impressed.

Is this a real company?
I ordered a set of Bose headphones via the Baxtros website a week ago. I received no acknowledgment of my order. The payment was however taken. Since then I have tried to contact the company for an update on my order (three-day delivery was promised). A person who answered the phone was extremely vague and suggested I email their sales dept. I have done so several times, but the emails bounce. I have also telephoned several times, but no one answers.
UPDATE: Fourteen days after placing the order I finally received the headphones, which appear to be as advertised, so I should not complain. But I would confirm what other reviewers have said about customer service: after the one unsatisfactory telephone conversation mentioned above, all my attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. Little wonder that I stand by the title I originally gave this review.
This company scams their customers
A shocking experience with this supplier. I purchased airpods from them through blackmarket.com. I purchased the best condition option that there was so I was expecting a near new condition as the price wasn’t that much less than the usual purchase price for new aipods.
When I received them they still had ear wax on them at which point I was already annoyed, however thought I would let it slide to avoid the hassle of complaints. However when I came to actually use them the left ear would cut out after 5-10 minutes while the right ear would cut out after 30-45 mins. I tried to reboot but it made no difference. I returned to the supplier for a refund after just 11 days (still in warranty period). The supplier sent back a generic picture or the bottom of an airpod with physical damage claiming that they were the aipods I send back to them, and claiming as there was physical damage they could not refund and could only send the ‘damaged’ AirPods back.
There was categorically no physical damage after just 11 days of having them. The supplier also maintained that the aipods were not cutting out…. Even though I’d been using them for the last 11 days and they cut out consistently every single time I used them.
This was a clear attempt to avoid refunding under the warranty as the terms clearly stated that if a refund request was submitted before 30 days the supplier has to refund unless there was physical damage.
They really exposed themselves as if there was no issue with the actual functionality they could have just sent back the functioning pair…. why would they need to send through a picture of a physical damaged AirPods if not only to avoid a refund under the specific warranty terms?
After a back and forth, with me explaining the terms under which I was due a refund multiple times, and how the evidence they were presenting was nonsense, Baxtros dug their heels in and maintained that they could only send the product back as it was and that I was not entitled to refund. I then had to report the supplier directly to blackmarket.com (the market place) who were great at intervening and ensured that I was refunded in the end. If it wasn’t for Blackmarket, Baxtros would never have refunded. I can definitely attest to the fact that the negative reviews on this company ARE true and I wish I had read them before buying. This supplier scams it’s customers, DO NOT purchase from this company.
Call their customers liars
Bought headphones but only one earphone was working. Asked for a replacement but they just returned the same headphones to me. When I asked them about this and requested a refund they basically called me a liar. The only reason they are getting as many stars is they eventually gave me a refund when I returned the earphones for a second time, both returns at my cost.
TL:DR - it took 4 months to do a week's work!
4 months ago, I reached out to Baxtros about an Xbox One Elite controller they delivered to me.
It had a very small, almost insignificant crack on the side of the RT button & the right thumbstick didn't reset to its default position after use, a minor inconvenience, but nothing insufferable.
UNTIL
The crack widened after playing games where RT is predominantly used. The crack as mentioned was already there, so it was not caused by me.
I reported it to Baxtros as soon as the controller became unusable.
Not a peep from them for 3 months.
I sent a second & third message asking where their promise of "review & repair" went. They came back with the following, "we are unable to cover this under warranty, we can have the same item sent back to you however if you wish?" Implying the only thing they would do to resolve the problem, was to send the broken controller back to me.
Not useful, I made that perfectly clear to them on a number of occasions, to which they kept repeating themselves & refusing to offer a replacement or refund since they couldn't repair it.
This persisted until I'd had enough & gave them 2 weeks notice to send either a replacement or a refund, before I involved the small claims court.
Within days, I received an update from them, saying they'd shipped out a second controller & by day 7, it arrived.
Checked the product like it were a military operation, only finding the odd age related mark & scuffs from general wear & tear, but overall, the product was in good working order.
If they'd have done that from the start, then it wouldn't have reached a point of potentially taking them to court over something as seemingly trivial as this.
Overall, I'm happy with the product 2nd time round, but the level of service I'd received for the most part was like talking to a brick wall.
