I just spent a full hour on the phone with Anthony, one of the customer service representatives, working to make a series of complex changes to our account. Anthony was very clear, patient, and stayed with me until the issue and changes were fully resolved and I was completely satisfied. I never felt rushed and was never confused. He understood exactly what to do. Customer service like this is almost non existent in this day and age. This may. Or be the lowest cost solution but they are there for you when you really need them.

Everyone I spoke with at Bay Alarm was fantastic! My mother decided she didn’t want the device, and cancelling could not have been easier! I spoke to a very polite woman named Sara, and within a matter of less than 10 minutes, everything was taken care of. When my mother decides that she wants this protection (and I’m sure she will!!), I will be contacting Bay Alarm again!

Anisha was extremely kind and patient. Excellent customer service.

Mary was very attentive and gave excellent directions. All my issues were corrected.

I called in with some questions about setting up the device and the caregiver App. I spoke to Vivian. She was very polite and friendly and answered all of my questions completely.

She was very helpful. I almost forgot to update the key lock box status and location. I was thankful she mentioned it. Overall she was above average easy to understand and I could hear her well.
