I have been working with Baydonhill now for just over a year and they have helped me grow my business with their fantastic pricing and customer service, always prompting me when best to secure any currency that I require. The on-line system is so simple and gives me flexibility to make payments at my convenience with the ease of a normal bank transfer.

No hidden fees, no more hassle trying to make international transfers (money is sent to a local account, and transferred by Baydonhill), and in bonus a great customer service. This is more than just the online platform and simplicity of transferring funds.

I've already sent money overseas using baydonhill and I've found the process quite straight forward.
Also I've always got extremely interesting rates, and clearly much better than if I would have transferred money from my bank.
It's a platform I would recommend to anyone to fasten and ease the process of sending money abroad.

I thought Baydonhill sorted out the setup documentation and get started elements to the start of the relationship very well and made it easy to deal. So far the level of service has been excellent and issues have been dealt with immediately.

I recently had to make a payment for a holiday booked and having been quoted a large fee by my bank I looked into other providers of international payment services. Having signed up to Baydonhill through their online form I was called back by a dedicated account manager and talked through the whole process. Having been offered the option of completing this online through their BHOnline system or personally by the account manager I opted to use the latter and the transfer was made the same day arriving a few days later as planned. I would highly recommend Baydonhill as the uncertainty is completely removed through the personal service and the help throughout makes the process quick and painless.

Some time ago I was approached by Baydonhill with regard to making overseas payments. Their salesperson was extremely well versed in all technical/procedural matters and offered a service and terms that were better than those experienced elsewhere.
It was not a case of trying to win the business through the 'dutch auction' process - which I hate - but simply a matter of 'this is what we do, how we do it and how much it will cost you'.
With respect to the Financial Industry - money is money and it has the same face value regardless of where it comes from.
The only variation in value is down to the level of service accompanying the money and the pleasure and ease of conducting the business. In this regard Baydonhill have excelled.
Their 'in-house' staff show just as much interest and help as their outside sales personnel, so you are not left feeling neglected when your sales contact no longer needs to pay you the same attention as when the trading first commenced.
I am happy with Baydonhill and don't want their competitors to contact me because I really don't want to waste my time talking to them.

We used other companies but now all our Imports are financed via Baydonhill as the rates are VERY competitive with no charges involved and a great rate every time.
