Excellent Centre
The staff, both administrative and clinical, were extremely friendly in addition to being very professional. The ophthalmologist who examined me was very through in her examination, and explained at each stage what she what she was doing and the results she was finding. I had no sense of being rushed, and the whole experience was relaxed and pleasant.

The examination was extremely thorough and the audiologist explained the diagnosis and costs clearly. I would have liked to have received written details of the options offered which I requested but I didn’t receive promised email.

My eye examination examiner (Kelly) was v good, thorough, friendly and made you feel comfortable. Definitely 5 stars.
The selection of spectacles was easy but I would give 3-4 stars for value of money. The service was good - 4 stars.

Very helpful and great service
Audiologist was extremely patience with my Mum and took time explainimg everything for her. The resulting hearing aid are wonderful and Mum is enjoying joining conversations and hearing the birds again

Very nice people
Very nice people. Though I have not yet collected my new glasses. Recieved a text to call and book to collect them. Have tried to call 4 times with no answer, so i will just drop in and collect them.
