Total lack of customer care
When I called to request an emergency appointment for my wife (she lost sight in one eye overnight) the response was quite a shock. There seemed to be no empathy with the situation and first I was told there were no appointments for until the following day (mid-afternoon). That was closely followed by a remark that she did not have a direct debit set up! £59 for the appointment was the final remark. Apart from the fact that we have been customers for decades it is painfully clear that Harwoods are truly dead and buried and all we have now is a shop that sells glasses and doesn't care about customers. Frimley Park Hospital clearly have the professional people and a jolly good job they do too. I can't see us wasting our time with Bayfields in the future.

The optician put my mind at rest as I have had a lot of floaters in the centre of my left eye and she suggested some tablets to help reduce them and suggested eye drops as my eyes were a bit dry it was a very helpful appointment
