My wife and I asked Bazelys to act for us to sell our home in Sunbury-on-Thames having become like others dissatisfied with a local agent. Throughout the sale process we were impressed with the quiet professionalism that Bazely's small team brought to bear. An honest sensible valuation was made initially and only prospective buyers who had been financially vetted were invited to view. Each member of the Bazely team had viewed the property before it was marketed; knew what was happening during the sale and always kept us informed as to the current position. Post exchange of contracts their input continued during difficult circumstances that had evolved through no fault on their part to ensure that the sale went through without delay. In my considerable experience of estate agents their integrity and professionalism was of the highest standard.
