Got one of those free products through an influencer code. It wasn't until after I had ordered it that I realized that everyone and their grandma was promoting this company and that the last time this happened it was Honey (and that crashed and burned spectacularly).

In the time since I had seen some of the shady business practices and Glassdoor reviews and, yes, the promotional push is there for a reason. Unfortunately the knowledge that advertising silicone can be done even if only part silicone and that many other Bellesa purchases ordered a "luxury" product only to find out it was PVC (ew!) in in the packaging after happened after I'd already thrown out my packaging. Fortunately mine feels and smells like silicone.

As fr the produce itself, it's fine. It's functional. It's nothing special. I got the Rose since that's the one there's a bajillion variations of across companies and wanted to see what all the fuss was about, but I'd say if you haven't tried a rose, try it from another company. The speeds are fine and there's enough variety, but it's advertised as a suction toy- it doesn't *actually* suck. It can feel deceptive where it should go at first but to make sure I wasn't crazy, I stuck my finger in there on multiple settings. Nope!

Also, the composition means cleaning it properly is frustrating and was certainly not worth it given that my results were, at best, mediocre.

I'd also review on their website but I've seen enough about people who say in their scathing reviews "0.5 stars" but they appear as 5 stars. An interesting review change on behalf of the company, I must say.

Very satisfied with products, description and delivery

Accidentally put the wrong shipping address, so I had to deal with the contracted out shipping service (they had a chatbot so it was quite confusing). Once package was returned to sender they had it redelivered to the right address, no extra cost. Very helpful and reassuring. They made sure everything worked out as best they could.

It didn't work with my anatomy. I guess my FUPA is too large to get it to stay on my clit while wearing it. I tried several times and even wore it with the tightest pants I have to get it to press right on there. Not very strong vibrations, couldn't feel a thing. Even though I only spent like $10 less than what my husband did on the big plug in toy that works amazing.

I ordered a toy I previously loved before that broke after so many years of use. The order was in transit for so long that after about a month I messaged and I received an email almost immediately! It was great service and easy to navigate to get my package shipped out and to me. The toy is just as great as the first time if not better than before!

Everything from the delivery to the products were great! When the product comes in it’s very discrete so you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing what you’re buying. My husband and I have enjoyed the products immensely. 10/10

You guys don’t respond to emails

I’ve been using this company for years! Since Covid. I was a longtime follower turned big time fan! Bellesa is the most ethical “toy company” around - but also when it comes to the content they put out. Customer service is always SO QUICK to respond, even if you just have a quick question. The products are absolutely insaaaaane and they’re made with body-safe materials and somehow the majority are also waterproof and TSA approved. Life changing company, especially for women. We love to see it! The delivery service is also suuuuuper fast (and discreet!) they use a label from a container store so that everyone won’t know what you bought. These little details are what means so much to people and why this company, Bellesa, is loved by so many.

I received my order quickly and upon opening the product found it malfunctioning. The customer service team was on top of it and responded to me promptly and efficiently. They replaced my device right away. Definitely had a great experience with the company despite the mishap!

I was not satisfied with the product within a week of receiving the product. I reached out to the customer service team and they could do nothing for me. The product is inferior and I don't use it--after spending <$60 on it. Would not recommend to anyone.

It's been a stimulating experience that is tapping into parts of me I didn't know I had. So far, anything I'm lacking is due to a failure to be creative, but I hope as I play more, I'll find more interesting ways to make things fun

Randomly added a vibrator which is okay, but i tried multiple times to get my money back and never got a response. also then i used the vibrator once and it doesn’t turn on anymore!!!

While I stand by my opinions on the products I ordered, the company is just so lovely I needed to edit the review. They immediately reach out to try and fix the situation which is so appreciated.

Original review: The company is amazing with truly fantastic customers service that I cannot fault. They sponsor people I trust and overall seem like a great company, which is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one.

The products are not worth the price you'd pay without a discount, hell they're barely worth the price I paid with 60% off plus a free toy making them an average of AUD$85. They're cheap, loud and uncomfortable. As much as I love the company, save your money. Over AUD$300 paid and I'm so damn disappointed.

Bellesa customer service is wonderful! I received a faulty product and contacted customer service. Once I emailed, they offered to replace my product for free! The people who worked customer service were eager to help, quick to respond, and truly cared about ensuring I had a great experience as a customer.
