SCAM: DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANY MERCH WEBSITES OPERATED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!
This company operates PlayStation Gear, a website for PlayStation merch. It seemed legitimate, and while the prices were expensive, I wanted to support Team Asobi and buy some Astro Bot merch.

It showed 1 price on my basket and in checkout, then after I entered my card details and submitted the order, the order confirmation screen showed a different price, suddenly changing it from £63.25 to £137.08!!

I immediately emailed them asking to cancel and for a refund, no response. Emailed 2 more times and through their website form since last week, still no response. Their live chat doesn't work either on multiple devices and browsers. They've now taken a further £94.50 from my bank account today and no-one is responding.

My order number reference is very low, indicating they have only had a few orders from other people so far. It also showed that they added £73.83 for delivery from a London warehouse, which is insanity – £73.83 to deliver from London to an address near London???

This is a total scam. Do not give your personal details or money to these fraudsters. Cannot believe Sony are (seemingly?) working with them. Am now having to report these transactions with my bank and will be reporting them to Sony.
