Great company, great products of high quality. Orders have always arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Free returns is a bonus. Recently sent a bikini back but only because it didn't fit me properly, nothing wrong with it. Good communication usually. Not heard they relieved return yet. Never had a problem and customer service is fantastic

Slow refund
I ordered an item of clothing from this company and returned it quickly as it did not suit
After several emails It has taken 22 days from receiving the return to process my refund!
However I did receive a voucher as an apology and had useful feedback
Good to know the company do listen and act on complaints
