Ive been shopping at Beadesaurus since i was 12 in one way or another and it's awesome. Theyre products are always cool and When i've bought online the packaging is always well put together and secure and not in massive wasteful boxes, unlike a lot of online shops! Definitely recommend to shop here. If you like alternative kitsch clothing/homewares etc.

Great service, both online and in person.
After buying from Beadesaurus at a tattoo convention, I had no worries when it came to the quality of their items when shopping online. As with purchasing in person, their service was excellent: my three items arrived promptly, safely and were exactly as pictured on their website.
I will definitely be buying from Beadesaurus again.

Their customer service is really bad
It takes for ever to get and answer from them
Ive returned an item and after 2 weeks i still didnt get my refund
I had to pay to return my item and if i wanted to exchange it i would have to pay for the postage too

I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience. Your refund took 1 week to process (including over a weekend, when you emailed me, which we don't work during) and I explained to you the situation that we were a little behind at that time due to personal issues and being a small, family-run company this was affecting our turnaround, which all my other customers were very sympathetic towards. You opened a Paypal claim immediately which I rectified. Shipping does not come for free and many companies will not cover return costs, even larger ones such as Sports Direct do not have the luxury of free returns.
