This is one of my go to bead stores! They have such a wide variety of items in their physical store and webshop and are very well curated. Every order I've placed was shipped swiftly and arrived in most cases next day. I've had one instance where I received an incorrect item and they sent out a replacement immediately. 10/10 love.
I regularly order from Beads and Basics and I always had a great customer experience. Good quality items, very fast delivery (I live in the Netherlands) and excellent support from the customer service (fast reply and problem solving, very kind assistance).
