Yoga for Children Training with Beam Academy.

I completed the Children’s Yoga Training Course in January this year, I had spent months deciding on which company to go with as I really like to weigh up the pros and cons before I commit. This paid off, I made the right choice Franchesca who ran the course drew on her years of experience working not only with children from mainstream schools but from working within SEN and this came across in her training in that everything she taught, from creating sensory stories, Yoga Poses, for different age groups, and choosing the right music and props were always adaptable. There was lots of advice on scenarios that happen when running a class, Part of the training was done in small groups which was fun. Since my time with Beam I have been able to continue to access a wealth of information and have accessed a live zoom meeting on Mindfulness for children, this included two extra lesson plans. I know that I made a really good choice, I am hoping to complete more training with Beam Academy.
