BEWARE STAY CLEAR
Do not buy, took payment for tickets for the villa then cancelled the order, never issued tickets but took payment and now will not respond to any emails. Seems to be a con. STAY CLEAR.

In breach of their own Terms & Conditions
Despite the fact that they are legally obliged to accept free postal entries so that the don't have to apply for a licence for each raffle, they continue to ignore valid postal entries received. This is obviously strategic. Several other reviewers here have flagged the same issue. No customer service, no email responses.
UPDATE: they reply 18 months later to say they'll improve their response times! The irony of it!

Nobody answered my emails or instagram messages.
You should add a way of checking one's tickets without going through them all or waiting for an e-mail to prevent technical mistakes.
