Bought a 5 tier glass and gold chandelier....was really worried after reading the reviews on here but think it's more clothes related..the chandelier is amazing...looks awsome, instructions weren't great so you need to be slightly technically minded to assemble and wire up but once fitted it really is stunning and about £1000 cheaper than buying in the UK. Thanks!

I ordered some shorts they came back looking better than expected and awesome quality also they got shipped and delivered quicker than expected

Why why WHY did I not read these reviews?! So frustrating, I'm in the same boat as others. I bought two wall lights and the base colour is a completely different colour to the shade of the light....I'm so frustrated, they started with a 5% refund...I'm currently up to 30%, I doubt I'll even get anything back at this rate going by the rest of the reviews. Such an awful company robbing peoples money like this :(:(

Ordered a batwing jumper and get a long sleeve tee. Completely different style and colour but when I complained with pics they advised I had the right order. They then offered 5% refund and I could keep the crap thing I didn’t order or want. Bunch of shysters. Don’t order anything.
On plus side their support answer emails promptly - though given the response they shouldn’t have bothered.

ordered a shirt shirt nowhere to specific size as ordered. tag says one size but shirt is definitely smaller than the shirt. would not give a 100% only a 40% refund and to get 100% refund, I would have to spend over twice what I paid. do not trust them, rip off and if you're smart, you would stay away from them!!!

I wish I had researched this company before I purchased. I sent for two wall lights which arrived after a wait of seven weeks. Lights were badly packaged and were totally warped beyond repair. I contacted the company and included photos of packaging and broken contents. I went through a series of emails where they offered replacements which, if they had arrived in good condition, would have been too late as House was up for sale. I was offered replacements with a discount and, again, I refused. I wanted a refund! They eventually conceded they would refund me when they received damaged items back. The return address on packaging was in the UK but they insisted I send them back to a Chinese address, which I did as the items were over £100 and I wanted something back. I have a certificate of postage which I photographed and sent them, I filled in customs ticket at post office and paid £27 postage. I haven’t heard anything from them, I haven’t received any refund. Absolutely awful experience, still not resolved! Please do not buy anything from this company!

I purchased a Nordic Wooden Table Lamp with Tray Base from this company. The lamp is really lovely, and as described, and as per photos. The customer service was excellent and my lamp arrived in a timely manner to here in the UK, even though it was dispatched from Hong Kong. Great service and item. Thank you Beautiful Halo!

Purchased a light fixture from BeautifulHalo. They advertised it as having two models: a 110- and 220-volt model. However, the actual light is neither. It's a 12v, low-voltage light, that requires a driver to work. Does it come with a driver? No, it does not. I opened a ticket to get this resolved, but simply got the runaround. It was as if a new person read each response as if it was new. I was asked multiple times to send the same picture. I was told to put in 110v light bulbs (this is a low-voltage light that doesn't have replaceable bulbs). It was clear after dozens of messages that support doesn't exist to resolve the issue, but rather keep you engaged while refusing to refund your purchase. At no point was my issue acknowledged, fix, or was my money refunded.

I tried to send an email but it would not go thru my password was denied could not change it I wanted to send back back a vest that was to small. I ordered the right size according to the chart. Now I can't sent back for a refund because they don't do refunds. I was scamed Temu is the only company I can trust never had a problem with them.

Absolute con artists. False tracking number, then when you complain, they simply block you from the web chat.

I have paid for my item and been told after few days it is out of stock.They sent me about 5 messages that they will give me a discount if I order something else.I said I want a full refund to my bank.Absolutely ridiculous.Waiting for my refund.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service, the lighting came different to advertised and they wouldn't pay the postage for a refund.

I wish i had read the reviews on here before purchasing.
The item arrived about 6 weeks after i placed the order. It looked nothing like the item advertised and when i asked to return it i was offered 5% refund and to keep the ill fitting item. This eventually went up to 25% refund.
When i insisted on returning the item, they told me they were going to deduct £9 for the initial postage and them id have to pay to return the item.
Avoid buying from these people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Item did not fit but I was refused a return option. My own fault, I should have read this reviews as they are all true. Got left with an item that is useless! Customer Service doesn’t really exist as they want to get out of any after sales service! It only got a one star because I was unable to give it zero!

My son asked me to buy him a denim jacket from this company. Despite my reservations I measured him, checked the size sizing guide and placed an order. When it arrived it was far too small.
When I contacted them the said I could send the item back but it would cost me shipping and i’d receive a refund minus the original shipping cost or I could have a discount to keep the item. They started with an offer of 5% minus the cost of original shipping cost. 🤣
I negotiated up to 40% refund but they are total scammers and I wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought from them.
Ultimately I’m now £30 out of pocket and I have a jacket that doesn’t fit anyone…. Which in honesty has questionable “fake” fur lining. It’s probably some poor wee dogs fur tbh.

Bought two pendant lights, absolute rubbish, poor quality, smaller than expected, spoke to customer service, offered 40% refund, never got it, do not use this company under any circumstances
Buyers beware you will be ripped off.

Tottally CRAP Firm based in China, they sent me a torn item. And then refused to pay for the shiping fee to return the item.

And now are flopping around givin me a refund.
