Never order anything with them
Never order anything with them. I am waiting for my delivery more than a month. I placed my order with the mistake in and address and immediately informed them. And I was waiting for ages to come back to me. And later I mentioned that I will not be in the country and requested refund as all this is just unbelievable. Still did not get the refund.
Never had this experience with the simple online order. Run away, don’t order anything.

We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as expected.
You placed the order 6/19 close to midnight and it was shipped from our warehouse the day after. About an hour after you placed the order you sent us an email regarding the wrong postal code. We update this in our system that same day.
The shipping company tried to deliver it 15th and 16th but you were not home. Unfortunately, after this the package got lost, but they found it again and tried to deliver it 2/11 and 4/11 without luck.
During this we have been in constanc contact with the shipping company to try to ensure the package was delivered correctly. We are sorry that they were not able to deliver it as expected. We have refunded you the full amount.

Pleasantly surprised! Hadn't heard of this website before, but was desperate for a product it seems is being discontinued, and I could no longer find it anywhere. Glad to have found it on Beautycos, and even more so, when it arrived, it was a genuine product, in perfect condition, and it arrived earlier than expected! Really really happy with the product, the price and the service. Would 1000% order again!!

Disappointing quality on arrival due to packing/delivery method.
My product arrived as swiftly as expected, however the condition was disappointing. The mousse blusher was crumbled rather than flat, as it should be. Maybe, better packaging would have corrected this.

As I could see on the picture you sent nothing was wrong with the product. Since it is a cream blush it will move a bit around during transport and not be completely flat.
On october 24th you said you would contact us if you experiences any dryness from the product. We have not heard back from you since, and we assume everything is fine with the product.

Looking into the case I can see the curling iron has lost a screw.
The part that has lost a screw is used every time you use the curling iron, and it is not uncommon that it will get looser over time and usage, and you will need to tighten it yourself.
We asked if you still had the screw which you say you don't. After having contact with our supplier we unfortunately cannot offer a new screw to fix it.
We are sorry that we have not been able to find a solution you were satisfied with.

Concerned when asked for feedback before the products arrived. Made me worry they were lost.
Had not appreciated the curl lotion was a small 60ml travel size. I made an assumption on cost comparison with my hair dressers costs that it was a full tube, therefore not value for money for me
