I can see you have sent us an email 18/5. This is a saturday and our customer service is closed during the weekend. Monday 20/5 is a national holiday so our customer service was closed, which is why you couldn't reach us on the phone. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I can see my collague has replied your email and started a case with the shipping company. I can assure you that we will find a solution as quickly as possible. We have a signed package list from the shipping company, so they picked it up 13/5 from our warehouse and it seems like it might be lost in their hands. They will send a person to manually look through their terminals to see if it has fallen off one of their conveyer belts, which is why the search can take up to 10 business days, as my colleague has informed you in their reply.

Postage very expensive. Good customer service.
Postage very expensive - apparently comes from Denmark. This can negate the savings on the lower product prices, so check before you buy.
There was an issue with delivery - product damaged - but customer services sorted this out promptly and efficiently.

Fast shipping
I have coarse hair & found a specific Turkish matt wax that works great. It's been harder to get over the years, especially in the UK.
Took a chance with this company and my box of hair wax arrived at my door within a week!

This is my first experience of ordering from Beautycos. Everything went very smoothly and I was kept very well informed about the progress of my order. It arrived exactly on time and it was very nicely packaged, in perfect condition.
