Went to see The Rat Pack tribute act. Expected at least three and dressed accordingly but only two guys turned up and one dressed in jeans and the other in a white shirt outside his trousers. Total inappropriate and should not call themselves a tribute act. Had the meal then left as did others. Don't waste your money they were terrible.
We were a party of seven and visited the De Beauvoir Arms in Downham for lunch on New Years Day.
Italian and pub food is served and there was plenty of choice on the menu.
The food arrived on time and was served with plenty of vegetables. The chicken I had was cooked just right and not overdone, as can happen with many places.
We have been there many times. There is plenty of seating and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming: nothing is too much trouble for them.
They welcome feedback from visitors and are always trying to improve.
