Products haven’t arrived after 5/6 weeks. Emailed them for an update and haven’t heard anything back. Seems like they’ve not changed based on all the reviews from the past few years. Don’t buy

Don't order from this company. You either wait 3 to 4 weeks for products or they don't arrive. If your products do arrive and you need to send them back for any reason you can't because they don't have a returns address on their website. You have to email them to get a return address and they never reply to your emails. So how can you return a product for a refund without an address. Oh that's another thing they give you a code for 25% off products and if you want a refund on them you can't have one because its a discounted item so you only get a credit note instead. That's if your lucky enough to get a reply to your email. Stay away their scammers.

To start with my order took an age to arrive but when it finally did I was happy with the items until the first wash of the jumper I purchased after washing it for the first time the colour from the logo leaked all over the rest of the jumper. I messaged them straight away through the website with no response so I’ve sent messages through Facebook and Instagram which they have read but chose to ignore them. This company is a scam and I am waiting on some advice from citizens advice to see what I can do next.

Fashion that way ahead of its time, forward thinking & trend setting, worth the money BUT apart from along wait of receiving my purchases & slow response to Emails, clothing is worth buying

I have owned the faux chinchilla coat grey for a number of years now and wear on special occasions and i am always talk of the party in it. I think Jesus himself would have worn this coat if it was around in his time.

Ordered a pair of jeans, didn't like the fit, emailed 6 times without response to try and return. Shocking customer service!!

In the end I had to go through American Express to get a refund. This was after multiple lies they provided to avoid the claim.

On the claim response I have received this was denied for the following reason by the retailer.
1. A pair of jeans purchased at a discount
a. The pair of jeans retails at £59.99 and this is what I paid. I provided evidence of this also.

2. Item is ineligible for a refund as it’s been delivered over 2 weeks.
a. I emailed them within 2 weeks of receiving the jeans to find out how to return them for a refund. How can I return an item without knowing the details or receiving any response?

3. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we can’t afford to have the items returned and resold as this compromise our precaution standards.
a. My purchase was made before the epidemic and my return email was also before the epidemic. On top of this there is no mention of no returns due to the epidemic in their policy.

In summary all I’ve ever wanted to do was return and item which simply did not fit. Beauxnarrow have purposefully ignore my emails and then provided false information so that I could not do this and receive a refund.

This took months and so much hassle to get a refund for an item which did not fit. How they are allowed to operate like this I'll never know but avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company entices you to use discount codes on ‘flash sales’ so that you buy, but then when you return you have to have credit because he item is apparently a ‘sale’ item even tho it’s a full priced item! Clothing is no where near up to par as the description and photos make it out to be, they’re cheap and dusty. Above and beyond the customer service is absolutely shocking, they don’t even respond to you have the time and when they actually do (if you’re lucky) it consists or no helpful information or to be honest any information at all - complete total lack of professionalism from such a small company. Don’t bother purchasing from here go from a more experienced retailer that likes to look after their customers rather than keep them in the dark

I ordered Sunday from Melbourne, Australia received by the Friday. Had constant contact with the team there and they beyond helpful. The pants are amazing.

Bought from them 2 times the only thing I can complain a out is that it's a little hard to see if u pre order an item or if it comes directly. Otherwise shipping takes a little longer than what I'm used too from England to Sweden. But besides that it's really good products and I would love to but more from them

Love the brand, their denim fit so comfortablely, their shirts are stylish and I dig their coats. Shipping times could be improved but, the quality of the products on offer are great

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
Company states they deliver through Royal Mail. My Parcel was instead supposedly delivered through TNT, where someone forged delivery of the signature. I have still not received my item and it has been 8 weeks now.

The customer service is also horrific and neither the company or the courier are accepting liability for the item and I have still as of yet not received my refund. The dispute continues! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Update: have tried to go through the refund process. I purchased a jacket which was nearly £200. The value of the goods were declared at around £2 by Beauxnarrow so this is the amount that I will be refunded.

Big scam, be wary! Company has also blocked all my accounts (Facebook, Twitter) after leaving my review.

Ordered a bunch of stuff off Black Friday as Iv always followed them on social and honestly can say the quality is unreal! Best denim jackets I have ever received. Shipping did take a little longer than usual but that’s understandable in this festive season!

Don't order from this company, I am out of pocket by £130 with no goods to show for it.

I ordered Christmas gifts, they weren't as expected and the quality just wasn't there, I then returned the items, they refused to give me a refund even though they were returned in perfect condition on the same day! The very rude director on the other end of the email basically accused me of lying, and that i had 'manhandled' the items.

One of the items I ordered actually came from china- the checked trousers. the invoice stated the goods were worth $1 and they were not for sale, they had 'no commercial value' and a SAMPLE good only. I messaged the seller and asked him for a full refund and again, refused.

He is clearly unaware of legal rights, I am i the process of reporting him to trading standards and the fraud team at my bank.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. First time I ordered I didn't receive my order and after 5 weeks of communication I received a refund. I had thought this had been an one off so I purchased again. When I received the item it was faulty and would cut into my skin on the arm. I emailed and messaged and after a week I heard back from them. They were very rude and advised that I was a clown. Will never order from then again.

I’ve had a few dealings with Beauxnarrow ad would definitely recommend them .. good range great communication and prompt delivery.. cheers 🙌🏽
