I’m writing this review in the hope…
I’m writing this review in the hope that anyone considering ordering from this company will Google them first and see this before placing an order.
The owner’s name is FATIH BURAK ÜRÜTÜK. One of his shops is called ZÜMRÜT SHOES ( BEBEQSTORE) in Istanbul. Please see the attached photos.
I had shoes specially produced through them, and what I received was absolutely unacceptable. The shoes arrived with such a strong cigarette smell that I cannot even sell them for $2 to second-hand stores, they will not take them.
The photos speak for themselves regarding the quality.
I lost more than $1,500, plus 200$ shipping costs in Turkey, on this order. Based on my experience, I feel that I was completely misled about the quality of the products I would receive.
I sincerely hope someone finds this review before ordering and can avoid having the same experience I had.
Please look carefully at the photos and judge the quality for yourself.
