Decent materials- meeded better advice
During the Covid-19 shut down I worked on a home project. I needed materials and had long used Beckmann Farver.
I called for some information- from whomever I spoke with in the store. I explained that I wasn't at all happy about taking the train in order to pick up the materials, due to health conditions. While I was advised about filler and paint, I was not advised to go to the online site, order materials from there and then receive free delivery... avoiding the entire problem.
I was about to risk visiting a store within walking distance from my home instead- and was checking price differences online. That's when I discovered what I had not been told- and absolutely should have been.
I then ordered from Beckmann online, did not have to go out and received the materials within 1½ days, at no extra cost. The products themselves have been the usual decent quality for a fair price- considering what they cost in general.
Considering the circumstances, it was an extreme and wrongful oversight not being advised about online ordering and delivery. Everything else has been fine- and havng it delivered to my door (for free) at this particular time was a true win-win.
