Bed Bugs Limited are nothing less than excellent. Last year we discovered that our little one had stayed over for a few weekends at a house that had found a significant bed bug issue. My first thought was to google Bed Bugs and find out what we might be facing. There was so much contradictory information out there and then I happened across a video by the company founder. This led me to calling the company and a speaking to a wonderful gentleman called Terry. He put my mind at rest and talked me through what to look out for, what to do and most importantly what not to do.

This week, I discovered that the house next door to me which is a six person HMO had a Bed Bug "infestation". I live in a terrace so, there was likely to be an issue of transference to my home. Inspection and vacuuming began and I found a Bed Bug so, who do you call? Terry of course. Terry has talked me through what to look out for and asked me to report back with my observations following the chemical "treatment" yesterday of the HMO undertaken by some other firm. I know there's a chance of a larger migration now and last night had a couple of bites and found a single bed bug.

Where Terry and Bed Bugs Limited excel is that they are looking out for me the consumer. They don't make a drama out of a crisis and advise on the best approach to take. This can be nothing more that wait, watch and report back. This is the stage I'm at currently but know that should intervention be necessary, the team at Bed Bugs Limited will have me covered.

I recommend anybody with a Bed Bug concern to check out Bed Bugs Limited's web site as it contains lots of very useful information and will quickly calm your nerves. I use their Bed Bug Monitors as do a number of my friends. They give you a little extra peace of mind but need to be used as directed and regularly inspected if they're going to be of help to you.

Would highly recommend. We thought we had a bed bug problem and asked them to come over to do an 'assessment'. Sarah the technician gave us an honest assessment based on any evidence she could find - there were no scientifically based signs of bed bugs! You could tell from the debrief she gave that this company is very knowledgeable about bed bugs (it's the only pest they treat). Although the assessment fee is much less than the treatment fee they did not try to push any unnecessary treatments on us and told us that we did not have a bed bug problem. They also provide bed bug monitors to monitor for 2 weeks just in case (you can also buy these yourself from the website if you want to keep them. You don't even need an assessment to use them - I would recommend this if you are paranoid about bed bugs). Also, Sarah provided an assessment pack which listed other possible reasons for the 'bites' / 'skin irritations'. They also provide reference material on how to manage these other possibilities on your own, without charge. In summary I would recommend this company as they seem to be in the industry to solve the bed bug problem and are honest with their customers.

Zero professionalism, Rude agents and as for their treatment, they dont work. its quite sad to say but their agents are very rude and unprofessional and also have no customer service training.

You pay a huge sum for treatment and they give you over 20 pages of guidelines to follow, after the treatment is done, if you experience any more bed bugs and complain to them, they will say its because you have missed out one point out of the 20 pages of guideline you have been given, therefore they can not help.

There are better bed bugs companies out there that offer less for better quality and are genuinely ready to come back and help, if the problem persist.

And also their customer service desk is just one person taking all the calls,so if you decide to call to make a complain, he might decide to not tender your complain if he is not satisfied and not even pick up your number anymore ,then you have to be sending emails to the company and guess what, its the same person taking the calls.
