Really nice experience!
I ordered some stuff from Amazon and FedEx actually wasn't able to deliver the package to the warehouse and I wasn't able to find out why, because the business was opened and the address on the package was correct. I am not from the USA, so I didn't really want to call US FedEx and try to solve this, but from BedaBox's FAQ I understood it is my responsibility the package to be delivered, so I didn't want to bother them. I emailed BedaBox customer service and the lady offered me she will call the FedEx customer service and she solved the issue for me even though she didn't have to.
Then I wanted to consolidate all my packages, which took few hours, it was really fast.
I read some other comments here regarding the payment verification and I actually had the same issue - I shipped my stuff to France, but my billing address is in Great Britain, which is a red flag because of security reasons. I actually had this same issue in several other online stores, so I already known that a lot of businesses want to verify the payment manually to see the credit card/PayPal account isn't stolen. I emailed them and they explained me everything and they also told me they are working on a better payment verification system, so this will not be an issue anymore in few weeks.
I really enjoyed doing business with BedaBox and even though something might maybe take longer time, they always try to solve the situation, explain everything and make the customer happy.
