Really happy with the bed
Really happy with the bed, solid and more compact than our previous bed which had bed posts etc. Easy to assemble, took my 16 year old son about an hour and 20 minutes of that was due to his own mistake putting bars on upside down.

Brilliant experience with Bed Kingdom absolutely love my bed! It is comfortable and glad I went for the ottoman add on. I am moving home and they very kindly sent me the assembly kit again when I misplaced the original. Very happy with the exceptional customer service and will be ordering from them again.

Missing Items from an already opened box
Received an item where the box had already been opened and badly sellotaped back up. Low and behold there were no fixings screws in the shipment, (obviously the reason why the box had already been opened prior to being delivered to me)
In fairness, customer service were quick to respond to my issue however they promised that the hardware would be sent ot for delivery within 1-3 days.
I am now on day 4 and no sign of the fixing kit or an update as to where they are

Great delivery and communication about the delivery. The order was processed and delivered so fast which was a suprise. It took 4 days (with a weekend) from order on Friday to delivery Monday. Bed is fantastic and my little boy is over the moon. Thank you

Avoid - purchase from another company
We purchased a children's bunk bed from Bed Kingdom. During assembly, our professional assembler stopped because he had serious concerns about its sturdiness and structural stability, including a bolt coming loose from its fixing. Given it was for two young children, we obviously weren't prepared to take the risk.
Despite the bed never being used, Bed Kingdom refused to refund and cover collection leaving us an effectively redundant solution (given collection charges were more than the bed).
Extremely disappointing response to a genuine concern involving children's furniture. Interestingly the bed appears to have been removed from the website.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company and will be much more scrupulous about who I buy children's furniture from in the future!

We bought the single flair bed. It’s a really nice bed. We had a missing part but that was rectified straight away. Very good service the bed also arrived the next day after ordering.

Absolutely terrible, won't ever be returning.
Never sent confirmation email or delivery time frame or any notice , claimed to have rang me when they were outside never did unfortunately I was at the doctor's with my son totally unaware they were delivering, they lamp you with missed delivery charge of 54 pound to redelivery oweather you cancel or proceed with the order and when asked when the next delivery is, they said either Thurs or Friday, are you gonna send emails or ringto notify me? Absolutely scam. Avoid! Ombudsman will be notified

No dispatch update after a week, still no cancellation confirmation
I waited a week without receiving any dispatch information, so I requested to cancel my order. Despite calling several times, I still haven’t received an email confirming the cancellation. The lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating.

Efficient aftercare. Great company!
I’m really pleased with the aftercare service I’ve received from Grace at BedKingdom.
We ordered a Charlie mid sleeper with Mattess, duvet and pillow. Delivery was fast which was great but Unfortunately the mattress was missing from the order. We were foolish not to check as the 4 parcels were brought in the house when there should have been 5. However, we got onto customer service once we realised the following day. Grace was so efficient and responsive that I want to leave this glowing review because great customer service seems a rare thing these days when it was once standard!
Crises has been averted and we will have a new bed set up in time for my son’s birthday surprise.

Very happy with the Bed supplied. Solid and sturdy frame. Straightforward forward to construct. The instructions could be clearer on what size of screws to use for each section of construction. However very happy with the end result- the bed looks well and is sound and solid.
