Extremely bad, would not order
Extremely disappointing and would not order from here again . The flair shasha bunk bed arrived missing all hardware and over half the pieces. It took 12 days to resolve with terrible customer service, constant chasing for updates with little apology and a little less than 6% compensation. My kids were left without a bed during this time. To make matters worse, the original delivery contained duplicate pieces and parts for a completely different bed, leaving us with loads of “extra” pieces to deal with with no offer to have the completely useless planks returned.

You really need two people
Excellent re delivery, no delay everything intact, however we did have add a few screws for stability in a few places as a large piece of furniture. You really need someone who is good at assembling furniture and definitely two people. The completed result is very pleasing and the children were thrilled! But one worn out grandpa working in a one window bedroom on a very hot day !!

Very good at first they brought all the wrong order, so when I went to put the beds up things was missing so I had to wait until the Monday when they opened to get this sorted. They sorted it out very quickly for me and had the missing pieces delivered the next day.

I bought my kids bunk bed from Bed Kingdom and damaged one of the parts during installation but the company has been very helpful and nice expecially Sheila, who made sure I got replacement dispatched in just two days.

Order not received
Placed an order on the 7th with next working day delivery which should have been Monday. No update on my account, also emailed support with no response with an update, I dismantled my child’s cot with the understanding her new bed would be delivered the next working day. Tried calling 09 number numerous times with no one answering call starting to feel like I have been scammed.

Delivery date was changed this was ok…
Delivery date was changed this was ok however it was documented that this was my fault. I was in and watched them attempt to Deliver for them to relise this was on on the van.
Then recived e.mail to say if I missed the next Delivery I would be charged. Another e.mail stated item out of stock. Watsapps was not helpful

Flair Eddie bunk- Great service and delivery. A few recommendations for improvement
The service and delivery were great and easy to use.
The product looks good but there are a few marks in the white wood bedframe (Flair Eddie staircase triple bunk).
It would be better if all screws were sunk into the wood rather than sticking out or screw caps provided as it ruins the aesthetics of the bed, which is quite pretty.
