For the patient ones only
The print quality for the decal is pretty good, but the turn around time is way longer than the advertised 7 to 10 days and the communication can be better.
He is quick to respond until he’s paid
He is quick to respond until he’s paid, Then he will disappear. 2 weeks waiting for proofs. I sent emails and he said oh yeah , this weekend, or tomorrow. Wasted 2 weeks for nothing. He didn’t dispute the refund request.
After waiting 3 weeks after payment and…
After waiting 3 weeks after payment and no proofs, I asked for a refund. Poorest customer service ever!
Would give him 5 stars but…
Would give him 5 stars but communication is a little iffy. Yes i did have to contact him a few times but he made sure my decals were right. I purchased a whole sheet and they look phenomenal, i did have to wait about a month to get them but it is worth it. For the people out there looking to get decals he is the guy. IT WILL TAKE TIME!!! For people out there bashing this man, please give him time maybe even a double email but he will get to it. I am happy with my purchase!!!
SCAM ARTIST - BEWARE!
I sent him the decals I wanted copies made of back in 2022. After several delays, he said they were ready to be made and in May 2024 I paid him $77 on Paypal for the decals. Still no decals, no contact from Josh M since November 2024 despite my attempts.
Total waste of time and run around
Total waste of time and run around. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. I got my money back.
Another ripped off customer
Another ripped off customer! Payment was taken but no decals were delivered, follow up emails went unanswered. I don't like giving negative reviews but would give 0 stars here if it was an option. AVOID.
Edit: This review prompted a response and a refund following a breakdown in communications.
Takes time, but worth the wait...
I built a model B-24 Bomber that needed custom decals to make it match the bomber markings my wife's grandfather flew in WWII. The decals turned out amazing and a great value for custom work. The only reason I did not mark 5-stars was the unclear expectation of turnaround time. It took a little over a month to get. That said, Josh (the owner) did acknowledge that this is a part-time gig for him and it can take longer at the holidays or over the summer, but only after I pressed for a timeframe. I will order from him again if the need arrives.
Josh Muma/Bedlam Creations Stole my money!
After contacting Josh Muma/Bedlam creations, I was asked to send my guitar headstock image for a quote. I received the response in a timely manner. I sent the payment immediately. After the time specified had passed, with no communication,
I made several attempts to contact Josh Muma with no response whatsoever. I considered the possibility of a tragic incident or such that may have prevented his commitment in our agreement. I waited several weeks in hopes of some sort of contact with none whatsoever. I tried again to email Josh Muma to ask for a refund and was completely ignored.
He is NOT to be TRUSTED.
When Josh Muma looks in the mirror HE KNOWS exactly who stares back at him. I would stay clear and far from Josh Muma as he stole from my family and myself, Shameless is he!

Read reviews, Gave a chance, Very Happy I did.
The decals are good quality and the exact size I needed. The wait time was acceptable and Josh kept in good communication with me. Can't wait to get started on the Model to put them on.
it took a little longer than the stated but...
it took a little longer than the stated 9 to 11 days but the results were awesome. Josh re-nested the decals to fit the page better giving me far more decals than i was expecting. the foil decals look so good I am very happy with the results
Good quality print but at the cost of time and unprofessionalism. Look elsewhere
Having been a customer of Bedlam twice, I highly recommend going somewhere else for your project.
When you first contact Josh, he immediately responds, giving you a quote and answering any questions you may have.
This leads you to believe he is punctual and professional. Unfortunately, this is where it ends.
For my first interaction, I was asked to mail him a sample of the decals I wanted printed which I obliged but asked for an update when he receives them.
A week went by and I had to be the one to follow up to which he said he picked them up but hadn’t looked at them.
More than 10 business days went by and I asked for an update on my order. His response was that he had already sent me proofs days ago. Turns out he was sending them from a faulty computer and that’s why there was a delay and that I had in fact not gotten them in the first place.
When I did finally get them, I approved and paid for the finals and asked him to let me know when he shipped them out.
This was a MONTH AND A HALF into our communication.
ANOTHER MONTH goes by and I still had not gotten the decals because of various issues he was having on his end and when I again asked for an update, he responded that the decals had been sent to the wrong person and to my disbelief, said that he wished I had “reached out sooner” so that he would’ve known.
Why should I have reached out sooner? I was operating under good faith that he had sent them to the correct address. Was it my fault that he sent them to the wrong person? To that end, was it my fault that despite him saying that he would have proofs and delivery by a certain time there was delay after delay after delay? Was it my fault that he never communicated any updates to me so I had to be the one follow up on everything throughout the entire process?
All said and done, from first contact to receiving the final product, it took about 3 MONTHS to get everything done – well over the promised 7 to 10 business day turnaround.
I decided to give Bedlam a second chance recently but it played out largely the same as the first. No updates and I have to be the one to follow up on everything once again asking for proofs and tracking information with his response being that he had sent me proofs and that he had sent me tracking information for when he shipped my order out insinuating that I had not gotten the emails.
How is it that there is no problem in communicating when it comes to the quote and the payment but then when I ask for proofs and tracking information, I’m gaslighted into thinking that in our entire correspondence the only emails I missed were somehow the most important ones even though there is an email chain showing every interaction?
I, too, have to work with clients at my job. And part of my job is to inform the clients of where their request is in the process. I don’t leave them in the dark for weeks on end wondering what happened to their request. I don’t think Josh knows that that is basic SOP when working with clients. The client has paid you and expects the job to be done in a timely manner and with updates along the way.
The client should not be the one reaching out every week wondering what the status is of their order. Most of all, the client should NEVER be blamed for something that wasn’t their fault.
If this is a side hustle to make extra money, I highly suggest that he drop it because it is extremely unprofessional to keep your clients in the dark and not honor their request for updates and effectively blame them for delays and missing product because I had not “reached out sooner”
I could be understanding if he has multiple clients, but again, communication is key. At least let me know there will be a delays because of x,y, or z. Why am I the one following up on everything? If he is being overwhelmed then he needs to address that as well. He chose to open this business, it is his job to keep up with demand and keep his clients’ files organized.
Product was very high quality
Product was very high quality. Josh was very quick to answer any questions I had
Place is a joke
Place is a joke. Ordered decals for a diecast car for my grandpa and made it very clear I needed them asap to finish his car for Christmas and was told 7-10 days.Waited a months and was told twice they'd be done the next day when I messaged them about it and another week would pass with nothing. Now I can't give my grandpa who's currently fighting cancer and might not be here next year the one and only thing i wanted to give him a matching 71 ss camaro of his car because these clowns do nothing but lie out their ass.
Pros and cons dealing with Bedlam…
Pros and cons dealing with Bedlam Creations AKA Josh-
Pros- excellent decals as ordered.
Reasonably priced.
Cons- Extremely slow delivery (6+weeks).
Lengthy delay for proofs, after payment made.
Spotty communication.
I do custom model train painting and have placed about four orders, I got tired of telling customers “I’m still waiting on decals” which averaged a delivery time of six plus weeks.
From what I understand this is a “ side job” and Josh is “busy”. Well he needs to evaluate accepting new orders.
I also received a few emails about being out of town and have to catch up, and “next week “ turned into a few weeks. I understand things can happen, but it became more common in my dealings with Bedlam.
If you’re not in a hurry for your decals, Bedlam is for you.
I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
DON'T deal with.
Sent decal request, got an invoice, and paid it. then ALL communication with them stopped.
Excellent work, but very slow
I needed decals reproduced for two vintage radio restorations. These are not ones which were available anywhere else. When I received the final product, it was perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with his work. This guy is a true artist. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, instead of 5, is that he takes a really, really long time to finish (many months). If you really need a custom decal, this is the go-to guy. But you must be very patient.
Awesome end product
Awesome end product. Worked with me and got me what I wanted. Just took a bit longer then expected. Would give 4.5/5 if I could.
Hey it’s Sergio the gti guy …
Hey it’s Sergio the gti guy would love to leave a positive review because his work is amazing honestly I have hired him a few times over the years it will take times he does great work he has a life I see some people bashing him on the reviews but to me the wait time is worth it I know he has a life besides decal work he’s only human like the rest but here people bashing need to understand he’s only one man tackling multiple orders he’s my go to because his quality and personality and help is what keeps me going back he actually cares for his customers and customers like me appreciate him because i don’t have no clue how to make decals I’m just a die cast truck builder and his work makes my models look even better when complete anyone can paint and build model trucks but not many can say they design decals that why I feel this deserves nothing but a honest positive review I appreciate you josh thank you
Decals for a helicopter model
I ordered some very special decals and just got them yesterday. The turn around time was great, the communication was on point, and the decals are very nice! Worth every penny.
