Do not use this shop

Have given one as as wouldn't let me give no stars. We are still waiting for my sons bed. Promised on one date, did not show, then after us calling was promised the next day. We are still waiting. Lots of excuses from him, having van trouble, had to many deliveries etc. Left my son without a bed for Christmas. Update they finally delivered a bed. Not size we ordered and paid for. We ordered a 4 ft small double divan with mattress two drawersand head board, they delivered a single duvan no drawers and mattress with promise they would deliver straight after Christmas. Surprise surprise day he promised has come and gone. Not answering and of the numbers have left several messages on all numbers Stay away from here.

I bought a bunk bed for 800

I bought a bunk bed for 800, got no plastic for the mattress, was not awear of how heavy it was and anytime I move it around the room the sides keep braking off because of the weight , I also bought a single bed and payed extra to get diamonds on it witch the mattress is a disgrace as it’s only two months old and the springs are sticking into my back, as I payed more money to have a certin fabric, colour change and diamonds on my single bed but all diamonds have easily fallen off, I am having to keep hammering them back in witch only last for so long. I was recommended this designs by staff.

I am now having to go else we’re to get a new bed as I’ve waste my money here.

I bought a Ottoman bed from them in 2017, they sent me the wrong colour and when i phoned several times they did NOT help. The bedroom theme I wanted was gone out of windows. So to avoid this company at any cost. In the end i had to give my bed to charity and got another bed in the colour I wanted.

Excellent bed and 5 star customer service

Excellent bed
Very pleased with the quality of the ottoman bed- inexpensive and great standard! 5 star customer service also. Adam was very helpful and sent me various different samples. He then called and updated on the order and delivery method just a week later- amazing timing for a custom made bed! Can’t find a faster service or better quality anywhere else. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great mattress.

Received my Madrid 140 x200 mattress in 2 days. I have never had a mattress that is so secure, stable and comfy. Moving around on it is not like manovering on a jelly like my previous mattresses. My back loves it.

Good quality bed. Customer service requires improvement

I have finally recieved my bed though I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the customer service in terms of updates as to when the bed would be delivered. I understand that during this unprecedented time of covid it was difficult though a little bit more customer interaction would have been appreciated.

After reading so many negative reviews I was a little nervous in receiving my items BUT I had constant updates on my delivery and my items came today and I'm over the moon with the products just as they looked on the internet. Happy customer

Really happy with the bunk beds I purchased, good quality at a good price. Can't fault the customer service, its not often you get phoned up and told what is happening with your order. The delivery service team they used was excellent

I have been using beds from this company for many years and the build quality and reliability are consistently high. The service is always impeccable and they effectively communicate to minimize any chance of aggravation. Would definitely recommend this company.

When I asked for a refund they also failed to return my payment and continued to lie, claiming they returned it on a date that was several days before I'd even asked for a refund!

Paypal resolved my dispute within half an hour and refunded fully. These guys are dishonest jokers.

We did promise a 2 week delivery as your bed was out of stock and the supplier was waiting on a container to dock but due to unforeseen circumstances by the shipping vessel meant an extra 4 week delay.
Sometimes these situations are out of our control as we are reliant on 3rd party suppliers on some beds.
We can only pass on information from what we get told so sorry if you think we are not being honest,you can imagine there are several other customers in the same situation.
We did try to offer alternatives to all customers awaiting on this model.

Complete chancers.
Ordered a bed from their website with a promise of a 7-14 day delivery time. Paid via `Paypal'.......luckily.
Payment taken almost immediately.
Dropped a quick email requesting delivery date. No response.
Called them after 5-6 days for an update on delivery to be told that their `dispatch department' were not available but someone would call me back with an answer. No call back.
Called back again after a couple of days to be told their `System' was down and to call back after a couple of days.
Called yet again two days later, to be told that the item was no longer available. Agreed that a refund was the best solution.
Waited another three days but still no reimbursement.
After three further telephone calls and promises of a refund, still no reimbursement until I opened a `Paypal' dispute case which finally triggered a reaction. At the time of writing, on the `Trustpilot` website, their reviews percentage amounted to 46% of customer dissatisfaction.
Draw your own conclusions.
Two weeks of my time totally wasted.

Terrible Customer Service in January.

Bad online shopping experience.
Placed an order for a bed at around Christmas time, money came out of my account the following day. I then didn't receive any form of order update, or communications at all for the next 2 weeks, despite numerous times I tried to make contact.

In the end a man called Edd Smith finally emailed back to say that the bed was out of stock, and wouldn't be coming back. So now I begin the wait to get my refund.

He did apologies for the inconvenience though, but I still don't have my refund :(

This probably would have been avoided if Beds4Less had:
- Set an out of office, auto-responder or even just a note on their site to say they were closed in January
- Didn't take money out of customers bank accounts, unless the item was in stock

Sorry for your shopping experience over the festive Period,as we are not just an online retailer but a manufacturer aswell we have our annual 2 week shutdown over Christmas and New Year so our offices and warehouse is not manned over this period.
Our sincere apologies for showing the delivery times as 5-7 days which is our normal terms outside the holidays if the item is in stock,aswell as we are off most of the delivery network nationwide is not fully operating.
We did have a notice showing our holidays on the contact us page.
In terms of payment it is an automated payment gateway so funds are taken from your account which is normal online procedure.
