Appalling service.
I made a booking in April 2021 for a friend's birthday this past weekend, and got in touch with the host the day before we were due to check in to confirm a time/place to collect the keys. The host said they had not been told about the booking by Beds On Board.
I called (telephone number "not in service"), emailed and messaged on Facebook and have received no response. We could not find a replacement accommodation and had to cancel the weekend, losing more money on some catering we had arranged.
We paid over £1000, and to not have any response from the company is beyond frustrating.
Avoid at all costs.
