Perfekt service. Delivery on time. One window was damaged but after reklamation changed for new one. Very good communication with the staff.

Great price for a window
Great price for a window, excellent quality, and delivered on time.
The small minus is the lid for the screws is not painted so after painting them they are not nice as the rest of the window.

Very responsive follow-up on problems…
Very responsive follow-up on problems (case nor closed yet but very professional so far).
Only reason for not using top rating was, in my opinion, late production not taking a short week 18 and long/complex logistics into account giving me som coordination issues with car rental/carpenter.

Nice windows
Nice windows, but it should be possible to order standard norwegian sizes. We had to adjust the frame alot. Norwegian sizes are at 119x119cm, and your windows can only be ordered in 120x120. Other than that, nice windows.

Easy order process and smooth customer service
Easy order process. As I asked for a postponed delivery, things god mixed up and I was prompted with delivery four weeks before requested delivery date.
Contacted customer service and they swiftly arranged for the transporter to interim store the goods until agreed delivery date.
