AVOID! Was not delivered and seller would not help to locate or resolve. They were rude and dismissive. Currently waiting Amazon claims team to review so I can get my money back.
Placed order on website when delivered an item was missing. Emailed to ask for missing item to be sent they emailed and told me to check packing.I had already done that before contacting them and said this they never sent out the missing item. Would not use again poot customer service they could not admit that they may have made a mistake would not use again.
Ordered a penus pump advertised 8 1/2 by 2 inch.
What arrived was one 7 by 2 1/4 inch.
I already had one 7 by 2 1/4.
They said it was an upgraded model and I was stuck with it.

I ordered 2 items from their website. When they came neither item matched what I thought I was getting (1 was a completely wrong product, the other the wrong size).
Unfortunately I could only prove one as it was blatantly obvious from their website description and picture that this was a completely different product. When I emailed them regarding it they referred to my substitution as an "Updated" product. It was totally different and not fit for purpose.
I returned the products, they paid the return postage but did not refund the original postage. So in the end, I don't have what I ordered and I'm down money and time too.
Looking at their website well over a month later, the product is STILL described (and pictured) incorrectly.
The whole refund process also took a very long time.
My opinion: There are plenty of other vendors selling these types of goods. Go elsewhere.
I always like it when I get my order faster than I expected and this was certainly the case. I ordered a couple of bits at work on Tuesday and it states that delivery can take 1 to 3 days with standard delivery. Well to my amazement it was delivered the very next morning. The package was well packed, but I am yet to test run the goods!
