The website is quiet difficult to use.
The payment of the rent to me didn't go fluently, that is a pity. I had to warn them by e-mail (quick reply) and then three days later the money was on my account. With other platforms I didn't had such an experience.
For the rest OK, my first clients were very handsame people.

Friendly website always there to help..

It was a great experience for me.
A wonderful way to get to know a country and its people and their culture. I had very nice hosts and we had an unforgettable time together in Paris.
I will use BedyCasa again :)

Great site, very helpful and friendly staff. My only frustration comes from the fact that I am returned to the first page and have to wait for it to load again, after each time that I finish looking at the details of a room from page 2 or page 3, instead of returning to the same list on the same page that I was looking.

Everthing worked very well. The lady at the office in Montpellier was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation proper and charming. I recommend.

This is a scam. They are fake. I booked a week in New York and arrived to find the house did not match the address and the phone number disconnected. Stick with Air bnb as this Bedycasa is fake and take ur deposit. The reviews that say it is good are all fakes as well.

A easy organisations to deal with

Easy company to deal with, prompt efficient service, ready to deal with any questions I might have, professional, friendly people.
I have given FIVE stars because they didn't have an option for six.

Hm. Their comission is higher than competition. They try to get comission even when the client didn't paid. Anything for the buck!
Modifying pictures and approving new houses ?

Compared to other housing agencies I am working with, BedyCasa's customer service lacks competence and general understanding.
I am a host in NYC, had several in-appropriate requests from guests. No profile photo. No introduction. I have been asking BedyCasa to look into it. No response! They did not respond to my mail! I am a host. A professional host with excellent reviews on my other housing sites. I had some positive bookings with them, but as a host, I am expecting to be taken serious. At least, to receive a response..never had that happening with other companies. The travel alerts you send me never fit..useless waste of time., However, service "works" . Please check your communication with hosts. We are your capital and your collaborators.

This was a first timer for me and a great un forgetful experience.

Not only was I given a confirmation within 30 minutes but even a small administrive lapse involving payment and dates of reservation taken care of over the phone immediately. I had never seen such a thing happen anywhere.

And true tony expectations, the property and the am behind were great. I think examples of the trade.

A good online booking site with lower fees than other similar sites.

I've used Bedycasa for several years without any problems. Their customer service is also excellent

Used Bedycasa for a stay in Malta during Easter 2017. The process of booking was simple, fast and efficient and the description of the apartment was accurate and comprehensive. Would not hesitate to use Bedycasa again when booking holiday accommodation.

Although our flight arrived early in the morning and the usual check-in time was in the afternoon, Walter was very accommodating and greeted us upon our arrival.

The photos of the apt. were taken with a fish-eye lens, so everything looked a bit larger, but that did not detract from the charm of the place, with a wonderful location.

When Walter walked us through the apt, he mentioned that he "hadn't had time to fix the oven", so that was not functional, which was somewhat disappointing.

Walter had forgotten to tell us anything about garbage/recycling disposal, so I had to e-mail him, to which he replied quickly and clearly.

Overall, this was a great "pied-à-terre" in Paris, where my three high school students and I absolutely loved our stay.

Its great up it can save on the last minute

Although some unfortunate events: a fall and a virus....
I was given help, encouragement and blessings, well beyond the scope of expectationsl.

Comfortable stay and would recommend.
