Purchased a bed and mattress package for my son for Christmas. The delivery was fast and the bed and mattress is perfect very happy with it all

I recently purchased a bed from Bedzy, and I couldn’t be happier! The ordering process was super easy, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, and the bed arrived well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward, and everything feels really solid and high-quality.

The mattress is extremely comfortable, and the bed frame looks even better in person than it did online. I’m getting great sleep every night, and it feels like a real upgrade to my bedroom. I would absolutely recommend Bedzy to anyone looking for stylish, affordable, and quality beds.

The frame is good and strong but the mattress i through out after 3 weeks as it was the worse for my back my back

If I'd known the bed was an Artiss product, I wouldn't have bought it. I'm so disappointed at just how bloody difficult it has been to assemble the Trinity Queen Bed (with drawers). Screws and bolts missing, and I've never wished for alan key bolts more in my life than over the past two days (and counting) as we rage quit our way through assembly. Currently trying to make the drawer assembly work. Do not recommend. So disappointed

Very good quality, easy to assemble and speedy delivery

Bedzy offers priority processing for a small fee, which meant I had my items posted incredibly fast! The postage delivery times were incredibly considering I live in rural NSW. The price point of the items and the quality was fantastic! I’ve had two transactions with Bedzy and each has been great! The only negative is that one package had to be delivered in 2 pieces and they didn’t arrive on the same day (5days apart) but no big deal.

I'm very happy to leave this review, despite or rather considering I made a very quick and somewhat under-researched and ill-informed purchase!
As a consumer, it's a responsibility to research and review what you're about to purchase (online, especially!) with extra due-diligence.
In this instance, in a SUPREME rush...I did not do this. As a result, I found myself in a spot where I needed to engage Bedzy's Customer Service team. And at a point in my life where I had the least a) time, and b) energy to do so. Which is actually where a company's customer service team has the chance to turn an experience around. Which is EXACTLY what I was delivered by Bedzy (shoutout to Mel!).
My enquiry was responded to in a timely manner (especially considering my purchase was made with expediency of delivery versus cost firmly in mind) and with absolute and GENUINE care, super considerate of my circumstances. The handling of my enquiry could not have been more customer focused than I experienced and ultimately...left me a happy customer - and loyal to a brand, after just one experience. As a RABID purchaser of products online and an someone in the business of slinging products to people online - words cannot express my gratitude from this side of the fence as a consumer, and the truly positive experience and feeling this has left me with as a professional when things could have very easily gone the other way. Keep it up team Bedzy, you're fabulous!

The affordability of these beds is amazing. The set up is quick and easy. You'll need a good day and a half to finish set up. Suited us just fine. Good value for money.
