I’ve tested many AI tools over the last few years, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and several others. Bee is one of the very few AI products that has become part of my daily life rather than remaining a novelty.
I have been using Bee during a two-week trip to Montreal, and it has genuinely impressed me.
What makes Bee different for me is that it is not just a recorder, a note-taking tool, or an AI assistant. It acts as a memory layer on top of daily life. It captures conversations, photos, plans, and events, then turns them into a coherent daily narrative that helps me remember what actually happened.
I am a long-time journal writer and photographer, and one of the things I struggle with is preserving context. Photos tell me where I was, but not what was discussed, what decisions were made, or how people felt. Bee helps fill that gap.
What I appreciate most:
• Automatic daily summaries that are surprisingly useful.
• Extraction of reminders, tasks, and calendar events from natural conversations.
• The ability to review, edit, confirm, or delete information.
• The feeling of having a searchable memory rather than a collection of disconnected notes.
• The fact that Bee seems to focus on meaningful events instead of overwhelming me with endless recordings.
During my trip, Bee helped me preserve not only where I went, but what happened, who I was with, and why those moments mattered. That is far more valuable than a simple recording.
It is not perfect. It sometimes misunderstands relationships or context, and human review is still necessary. But I would rather have a system that asks for confirmation than one that confidently invents facts.
The biggest compliment I can give Bee is this: after the novelty wore off, I kept wearing it. It has become part of my daily routine.
For people looking for a chatbot, this may not be the right product. For people looking for an augmented memory and a way to preserve the details of their lives, Bee is one of the most interesting AI products I have used.
For me, Bee is not primarily an assistant. It is a memory companion. It helps me keep the thread of my life without spending hours documenting everything myself.

Hey brain child, you can't respond on Trustpilot to a response from a vendor. You have my order with my full name, try looking at the email I sent that is the customer contact link on your own website. A tech company that doesn't know tech. Stay away from these amateurs.

I had an issue with the To-Do’s giving me an API error. I had done some of my own troubleshooting before contacting support. When I did email them, I had a response and my issue resolved within 20 minutes! It’s not very often I take time to go online to post a review, but I thought this was exceptional, and worth sharing my experience.

I've been using this product myself and wanted to share my honest experience because I see a lot of mixed opinions here.
First, this has not been my experience at all. The product itself has worked very well for me and has delivered what I personally expected from it. Is it perfect? No, and I think it's fair to acknowledge that.
Customer service has historically not always been the fastest, and the company has definitely gone through growing pains. That said, from my experience, they do actively try to address issues and improve things over time.
I've personally spoken with members of the team multiple times and never got the impression this was some fake company or scam operation. To me, this feels more like an evolving product from a company still improving rather than something designed to mislead people.
If you're expecting a completely finished, polished, mature ecosystem, you should know it's still evolving. But if you're interested in the product itself and understand that it's continuing to develop, I think it's absolutely worth considering. I've enjoyed using mine and don't regret purchasing it.

Screwed by Amazon!
Ordered and received Bee Pioneer AI end of April. Charged unit and downloaded app to Android phone. Follwed instruction but would not connect to phone. Downloaded app to iPad but would not connect to it either. Sent email to support. Waited a few days with no response. Sent another email, but no response. Of course now I past the 7 day trial period. Found phone number for Customer Service but got automated response that number was not in service. Knowing that the company was owned by Amazon I called their CS. I asked the CSR why the product was not available through Amazon and he said he was not familiar with the product nor was his supervisor. How can a company, owned by Amazon, sell a worthless product and keep the money. I packed the crap back up and will wait for class action suit.

Complete fraud
Complete fraud. Onboarding is horrible. I had my first bee pioneer about a year ago. It worked and the app was fine, transcription was good enough but I figured it would get better. That one completely died after about a month or so - unusable. Thought i’d try again hoping improvements made and abought a second one. It took about an hour to set up and then even though i would check the app to verify it was recording. no conversations ever actually logged after processing over 2 days use. Made sure i let it stay connected on wifi etc to process conversations but still Zero. Can’t wait for the class action for selling a fraudulent product and probably doing shady things with my data.

DONT BUY BEE COMPUTER!!
I wanted to return the product and never heard back from bee. Bee was not transparent in letting g customers know you have to pay 19.99 a month for service to use the bee. You have to sign a 24 month contract up front to use the bee. You have to return within 7 days, but they don’t email you back at all. It’s a scam and gimmick and I would NOT buy this product! I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My order # is 25295. I urge potential customers to read this review prior to buying! Read the reviews on trust pilot first. There are many encouraging people not to buy this product!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Received my Bee and it would not power on. I contacted customer service and was told to try a different charger, I did, multiple times and still would not power on. I reached out again for a replacement and/or a refund(4 times) and was never responded to. Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and received a refund that way
Finally responded to here on this platform, 2 months later with no way to reply. Order #22767, Ill be shocked if anything comes from this if they cannot respond to their own emails

Terrible customer experience and useless band
Purchased originally about 4 months ago but never received it, they refunded the purchase. Decided to give them a try again and purchased a Bee Pioneer band in early December. Even though I paid for 2 day shipping, it took them about 2.5 weeks to send the order (2 day shipping fee refunded). I finally got the Bee and it does not work as expected. I can use it to capture voice notes (press and hold), but for normal use (quick press), the microphone does not record anything and the band goes to sleep after the programmed time in every ocassion. Tried writing several times for support and have received none. Caveat emptor.
Update: on May 26th. 2026 got a reply from BEE asking for my order number which is 19,156. Also sent them an email, not very hopeful but we´ll see what happens
Update 2: June 9th. 2026. I just received my replacement Bee Pioneer band, used it on a meeting and worked flawlessly. Thanks bee.computer for making good on your word. Will keep using it in the following weeks and will keep updating this review. If it works as advertised and intended, it is a shame that your customer service is bringing your company and product down.

Bee Pioneer not ready for prime time
Overall, it has been bad from start to finish and by finish I mean the Bee Wearable died.
— Ordered in July 2025, received early Oct almost a month late
—— No email acknowledging the sale
—— No emails stating status of order
—— No email with shipping info for tracking
- sent email to report issues when device failed over a week ago, no response so far
- device is stated to water resistant, however in the FAQ for the pioneer band it states it is NOT water resistant.
When the Bee operated it did so fairly well. I have few complaints about that. However, a wrist wearable device that not water resistant is not ready to be sold. I suspect some snow that got on the Bee while shoveling was the cause of the failure. It wasn’t buried in snow, simply a small amount that got in and was brushed off.

Worst purchasing mistake I've made
They had pretty great reviews from select individuals that I ended up preordering for their "Founders Edition" which was around $50~. Amazon bought them right before a lot of people got their pre-orders and they basically went radio silent, their developer page (THE MAIN REASON I WANTED THIS) was taken down, and worst of all is that the product/AI is hallucinating and not actually recording tasks/doing what it is supposed to. I ended up spending hundreds more for an Apple Watch and now am making my own app integration. From $50~ to $hundreds + even more lost in time working on an alternative for my workflow since they got rid of the API.
Thanks Amazon + Bee for being terrible at CS.
Is This Product A Complete Fraud?
Is this product a complete fraud? I am starting to think something is very wrong with Bee Computer.
The device that I finally got after months is a complete FLOP. It requires you to update the software on the device before you can use it, but it endlessly cycles, indicating that it cannot complete the update.
Forget trying to reach their non-existent customer service. Despite multiple emails, they will not respond.
There is no way to request a refund or return your item when it isn't functioning so you are just out of luck.
Is Bee Computer Legit or a Scam?
I would first like to announce that I have talked with Amazon and they never even heard of this company. So I am really confused as to why Bee announces they have joined Amazon. And I also ordered the Pioneer thinking it was legit on June 11 2025. As of August 24, 2025 I have not got the Pioneer wearable. The app for Apple Watch is very glitchy. And the company took two months of daily emails to finally respond. Now I’m being told I’ll get my Pioneer sometime in September or October. I”m out $57 with this company and since the time to dispute has passed, there is no way of getting my money back. I’d like to know if this is really a legit company or not. At my age I really need something to give me reminders and save me the hassle of asking Siri to remind me.

Non Arrival
The company dispatched my item promptly. Unfortunately, they use Evri (formerly Hermes) as a courier. They are renowned as being useless.
If it doesn't arrive, I will either get my money back via my credit card or Amazon.
I ordered in February - never received
I ordered in February. It's May now and I've received nothing. I've tried contacting them a number of times asking for my order or a refund - the emails had a tracking pixel so I know they were opened - and they haven't replied. Don't waste your money on these scammers.
Extremely Disappointed – No Product, No Response
I ordered the Bee Pioneer Edition on 27th February and paid in full — but nearly six weeks later, I’ve received nothing. No order confirmation, no tracking details, and no response to multiple follow-up emails.
I even offered an alternative US shipping address after realising they no longer ship internationally, but still no reply. At this point, I just want either the product or a full refund, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
Really disappointed with the experience and would not recommend ordering from this company based on how things have gone.

I ordered the Bee, but so far, 3 months later, I haven't received anything. I emailed them, tried to contact them on Instagram, but no response.
So, don't order from them! They are a SCAM!
