Products were delivered in good order and on time. However my voucher code which I paid for did not work so I could not use it. I have phoned and emailed several times without any response.

I have ordered from Beef & Steak multiple times over the years to send as a gift to my friends in Utrecht. As an American, the website is a bit difficult since it is not geared towards a customer like me, but their use of Paypal enables and simplifies international transactions.

My friends usually receive the advertised product promptly and without issues. I certainly would recommend -

My only current criticism revolves around the delivery service. A failed attempt at delivering the package this past time resulted in the frozen product sitting in a warehouse for additional days before being delivered. Unfortunately, the top half of the package had thawed. We are unsure if they stored it in the "freezer" as advertised or if the thawing comes from the 7+ hours that passed between being loaded into a vehicle and being delivered.

This is the first time this has occurred and it is still Summer, so I will consider these elements next time placing an order for Christmas.

Great place to order excellent meats. Understandable, but a pity some stuff gets sold out so quickly (thinking waygu mince and my favourite ham). Also reliable delivery service.

Hi, the brisket was very thin, dry and of simple taste…I have expected more…I didnt smoke it, but cooked, cause to much work for this peace.
the rips from the pork very good, I tasted until now the bigger peace.

The duck had metal in it. Customer service says that's to be expected....

Pre-order advice was fast and effective. The delivery was as agreed and suckling pig was properly packaged to keep it frozen at least two days after.

They suggested to buy a vine and rubs in addition, I had chose this option but they forgot to put rubs and also I got 19 steaks instead of 20, but Im too lazy to call and tell about it :)

My favourite shop was out of Iberico ribs this time, so I decided to buy them in this shop.

The order and delivery worked perfectly fine, but the quality of the meat itself was super low. No meat at all on them, only fat, sinews and bones. Yes, they came from the Iberico region and the expiration date was ok, but I expected a bit more from the ribs, which cost €35 per piece.

And I bought them numerous times before, so I know they can be much better.

Very well done! The attention to detail here is impeccable, I do thoroughly enjoy my steaks here all the time.

I've order Picanha and they send me an expired package and they even told me that it's okay ? From the day I've ordered it was already 3 months expired.
