Saved my bacon!
I had run out of milk and was home alone with my little boy.
Placed an order (topped up with some treats for me!)
The driver called from Tesco to say the pancakes were out of stock and offered me some alternatives.
He was then at my door in 35 mins - crisis averted!

Website is painfully slow. Price of groceries is ridiculous. I certainly won't be using them and it's beyond me why anyone would.

Our prices have to cover paying our drivers more, as they often have to travel far to get to our rural customers, often late at night. They also do the shopping for you, which takes time as the orders are not prepared in advance.

Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. Taken money fully well knowing that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Don’t use this service ever… search or locks places near you to see if they are open first… they are probably cheaper too on delivery and you will knew if the place will be able to full fill your needs….: stay away

Our 2 pint bottles of skimmed and semi-skimmed milk are 99p, which is cheaper than any other supermarket - including Aldi.
We also have other essential items at cheaper than Aldi, such as Warburtons Toastie loaf for £1.25 and 6 free rande eggs for £1.25.

I just like the convenience of your service. You are doing everything right. Please let the scooter riders know that the roads may get slippery soon if cold weather comes, as they might have forgot about this. I would like to be able to add an item by typing it, such as 'Please also buy two sandwiches'. Or 'Please also buy a codeword puzzle book'.

Fast, easy and reliable
I'm disabled and live with a very elderly relative who is housebound. I also don't drive, and these three things together make it extremely difficult to get to a large supermarket. This is where Beelivery comes in. Fast, consistent and always reliable, they've been an absolute godsend.

Used twice
Used twice. First time I used I waited half hour as local delivery man. Second time took an hour and a half and was shocked that the delivery guy was coming from over 45 min away. No issues with the delivery man however with the absolute over inflated prices which is fine to a point I expect it much quicker. Probably be cheaper and quicker for me to get a taxi to the petrol station nxt time.

Abusive driver
Driver went to wrong house was abusive to the people there, he rang to say he would no longer deliver. Partner got to house he was at he looked at him and just drive off

Poor service
This company isn’t very good. They say delivery between 15 - 60 minutes. I waited over 2 hours.
Also they charged me for 1l of brandy and only gave me a 70cl bottle and it was a very inferior brand.
They also charged me double what I would have paid in the shops. Cheaper and quicker to take a taxi if you can.

I have also looked at your last 40 orders and couldn't find one late order and your average delivery time is 19 minutes, with some being delivered in 8 minutes. I am unsure how this could be improved in all honesty and am baffled by the 1 star review.
