Terrible service and total disregard…

Terrible service and total disregard for customers

Our company was forced to renew its contract with Beeple under pressure, and despite multiple attempts to communicate and find solutions, we were completely ignored.

Even worse, Beeple abruptly shut down a critical part of their service without any notice, putting our business at serious risk. Such negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable, especially for a platform that is supposed to manage essential workforce planning.

If you're looking for a reliable solution, stay away from Beeple. Their lack of responsiveness, disregard for customers, and failure to uphold their commitments make them a partner to avoid at all costs. We are suffering serious consequences due to their irresponsibility and are considering legal action.

Beeple is a great tool.
It gave our company more structure and helped us to organize our data in a simple way.
Beeple is very user friendly. Our employees and managers using this tool very easily on a daily basis.

Very good, with still room for improvement

The Beeple planning tool is a good system to be able to reach out to a lot of people at once and get a more organised view on plannings of various clients.

There's still rooms for improvement in various aspects of the system :
- It would be great to be able to see on the dashboard when a person cancelled a shift for example. It has that possibility in the filters, but it's never shown.
- Or be sure that the filters on the dashboard do not automatically revert to the basic filtering options as they now do and just keep the filtering choices as they last were changed.
- To be able to have several colors for 1 client who has several departments.
- What would also be very helpful is to be able to have a small comment section for every profile.
- And an extremely very helpful thing would be that the calendar would just stay where you left off. Right now, whenever you go out of a shift, it reverts back to the actual week instead of staying where you were working. It's untortunate, because it's time wasting and can be confusing at times.
- Concerning the APP : a lot of my students get a notification something in the lines of 'the system wasn't able to resond', but then they do get a registration afterwards anyway, which is very confusing for them.
- Would be nice to be able to move the layout of the 'Admin' where you want it to be.(don't need the 'Events' section to be on top for example, I would rather have the new enrollments on top)

missing functionality

We are still missing the option to decline a new posted job
We mentioned this already a long time
We can not understand this is still missing
We lose a lot of time in our business expedition everybody
Beeple is expecting to much input from there users by updating their availability

We have over 300.000 users at the moment, so we try to assemble all feedback to make up a list of most-demanded features to focus on. For this specific case, there are workarounds - as discussed with your Customer Success Manager Wouter.
