Fast service as ever but only three…
Fast service as ever but only three stars this time. Some boxes had black ink in them which were replaced quickly. Also annoying that always lose a few boxes due to strap marks where plastic straps pulled tight. Can I suggest putting a bit of cardboard under the straps so that no gift boxes are marked

Thank you for leaving us a review. We're sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with you order.
I do remember your order was the one where some boxes had black spots (which were in the board from which the boxes were produced) and that these were replaced. I'm sorry to hear that some of your boxes were not useable due to strap marks. I have fed this back to production, and we do always ask the warehouse staff to look out for any boxes with marks and not send them. We had a couple of new staff in the warehouse in the lead up to Christmas who must have missed this.
When you next place an order please flag it to us on sales@beerboxshop.co.uk and we'll put some extra boxes in free of charge to compensate.
