We purchased a garden table - just what we wanted.
It arrived dented and damaged, so we contacted their sales department with images, and explained that we should prefer a replacement.
Kris and Margaret were very sympathetic and sorted through their stock for us.
This was in no way their fault and Beeventhire refunded all of the cost very quickly.
We would have liked the table, but Beeventhire were very professional about it - many thanks.

We hired lots of things from BE for my daughter's wedding, and their service was basically perfect. (Chairs, benches, some catering equipment, glasses, tablecloths, banqueting roll.) Kris was always efficient and helpful when we changed the order multiple times, and the delivery and collection people were great. I checked around for prices compared to others, and they were the same or less than others, as well as being recommended by the village hall.

Bought 6 garden chairs online on Tuesday evening, they were dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday morning! Lovely chairs, great service and really good communication. They emailed to confirm my order had been processed and then dispatched and also replied quickly when I requested the tracking details. Very happy customer

I bought an outside table, which didn't even last one summer. I complained and they can't be bothered to refund/replace the item. It seems they don't trust their furniture to last longer than one summer. Not good customer service, as they don't respond after initial emails or messages. I wouldn't recommend this company.
