Everyone I dealt within the company were helpful easy to contact and gave great advice. They dealt with my case on time and with no issues.
Great service
Thanks.
Great support with a MVL . Had no idea what to expect and great support all the way through the process even with alot of stupid questions from me - Thanks Really appreciated Jason
I used Begbies Traynor for a MVL of my company not knowing quite what to expect and what was involved Mike Jenkins and his team made the whole process very efficient, informative, simple and a hassle free experience.
Very professional and precise. Mike Jenkins kept us fully informed at all times, he was always accessible and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.
I had an excellent experience in dealing with several people from the company with my main contact being Simon Haskew. I had no idea what to expect for my companies MVL, but I can happily say they where expert in their advice, kept me informed and up to date with the long running dealings with HMRC. When I needed to supply my accountant (a year later) with information, they were on hand to source the correct information quickly. I mostly dealt via email but on the few calls I did have they were a pleasure to deal with.
Many thanks for making the process so simple and complete without issue.
I was amazed by the knowledge that Chris Bristow gave me during a consultation call. I had a small company that supported my contract work and other activities. Sadly, due to ill health and other issues, the company needed to be closed, and I was dreading dealing with it. Chris guided me through what seemed a costly and daunting task, saving over £4,000 with just a simple outlay of £37.00 and an easy form to complete. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from the team headed by Simon Haskew.
Clear, concise and always available for updates
Wouldn't hesitate to use in the future
Seamless and efficient. Simon was brilliant at progressing my case. Would highly recommend.
I have dealt with Begbies Traynor on several occasions and found them to be highly responsive and professional. I recently spoke to Ric Traynor and it is clear the business has grown with the right culture, which is increasingly rare in professional services.
I recently worked with Begbies Traynor for insolvency advice, and they were great. The team was approachable, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand my options. They were upfront about costs, and I never felt pressured. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!
I carried out a Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) to close my company, and my accountant recommended Begbies Traynor Group. I’m very thankful he put me in touch with them. From the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the process, Anne-Marie Harding and Yasemen Altinci (from the Milton Keynes office) were incredibly supportive and always willing to answer any questions I had. Having never closed a company before, I had many concerns about the process, as there are numerous steps involved. However, they made what could have been a long and tedious experience feel very straightforward and manageable for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an MVL.
When my accountant suggested that due to a change of working circumstances, I should consider liquidating my limited company, I had no idea precisely what and how to go about this.
I was fortunate to find Begbies Traynor, which was a name I was already familiar with through my work. I had an initial conversation with Andrew Hook to explain what I needed to do and he gave a clear outline of process, estimated timescales (though it was made clear that this was impossible to predict due to reliance on HMRC's own timeframes) and costs.
I mainly had contact with Ryan Cullinane throughout the liquidation process and he was very personable, knowledgeable and responded to any queries quickly and clearly. Begbies Traynor were also able to liaise directly with my accountant which helped to cut out the 'middle man'.
In short, I was really pleased with the highly professional service I received from Begbies Traynor and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Dave Broadbent recently supported us, BHP Chartered Accountants, with our recent charity conference. As always he was an absolute pleasure, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Feedback from delegates of his session was really good and they really appreciated his expertise in what can be a very difficult area, especially in the not for profit sphere. Thanks Dave!
The work carried out by this company in connection with the liquidation of my company was outstanding. They were always very prompt in their response to my questions, explained the process well, and always did what they said they would do and did it correctly. They made the whole process very easy for me and I appreciated it. Their prices are reasonable too.
I made contact with Begbies Traynor regarding the insolvency of my company due to long term illness. Incredibly helpful, Gillian and Rose were fully transparent and realistic, i could not asked for better help. They accepted a fixed price as i was not in a position to pay a variable rate which was very charitable. Would give 10 stars if i could
I decided that as my company was no longer actively trading it was time to let it close. As a sole trader the company relied entirely on me to give professional advice in the world of state education. Chris Cox of the Begbies Traynor Group's York office was recommended to me by my accountant and this was great advice. Having never gone through the voluntary liquidation process before I was entering a world of new experiences. Chris patiently explained the process, took time to understand why the company was set up in the first place and organised the liquidation. Everything worked to plan by phone and emails. The formal meeting with Chris at his office to close the company was meticulously organised and went smoothly. We walked to the nearby office of the solicitor to do the legal part. The whole experience marked the end of an era in my life but Chris organised it so well.
After my wife (June of Norma and June Fashions Ltd) was diagnosed with Alzheimers, it was inevitable that closure of the company was going to happen.
I (June's husband and the company secretary) took it on myself to set the wheels in motion.
I had a superbly informative initial discussion on the matter, and I started the closure some weeks later after I fulfilled several other important steps.
We were guided superbly by everyone we met and spoke with and although the paperwork needed was rather large, albeit by necessity, things progressed easily until the final closure.
I know that some companies facing insolvency do so in less fortunate situations and with great regret. I can honestly say that in my opinion they would have been given the best advice specific to their own needs.
10 out of 10 to Trayners
