DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered some pants for my wife and they did not fit, but they REFUSED to let me exchange or refund my money. I’ve never seen anything like this. I will NEVER order from this place and will write horrible reviews wherever I can.

This review is for pants I ordered...when I wrote this review it was for the pants I dont know how it was switched...the book is awsome..I ordered one from last year and another this year...the book is a 10...I would give a minus star if it was possible to the pants ..same as everyone else described...these businesses are all off of Facebook and I feel Facebook should be involved with this....there are several other companies off of Facebook that are doing the exact same..here they are...giftchasing...sweetobjects... werefavorite..savvyl...all these companies are from out of the country and have no customer service. I think the responses I have been getting back are computer automation..these places shouldn't be able to do business in the United states..and look...Facebook let's them in.....

If I could give them no stars, I would. I experienced the same thing as the rest of these reviews. The leggings were NOT anything like the picture and they wouldn't fit a child. I realized when I received them, They were a scam, but I had hoped that they would exchange the size, and do the right thing. What awful people. I will continue to spread the word and report them wherever I can. Hopefully, someone will learn from my mistake.

I purchased a pair of leggings for my partner as a Christmas gift. They were sized XL and I checked their size chart to ensure the correct size.
When they arrived, they were neither as fluffy or cozy looking as the advertisment image. More importantly they were far too small - we cannot be sure if the waist size was correct or not as my partner was unable to get them over her feet (UK size 6 - not unusually large or anything!).
I contacted the customer service team who firstly asked me to send a picture to prove the problem which caused further problems due to COVID-19 restrictions, as I do not live with my partner. This actually ended up being irrelevant as the next messages they sent basically confirmed that they had sent the correct size according to their warehouse and were not able to offer either a refund OR an exchange.
Poor customer service, rubbish product - probably my fault for trusting a blatantly dodgy company.
Do not make my mistakes, buy from someone reputable.

I wish I had read these before ordering. I ordered 2 pairs, one was for a gift. The sizing chart was not accurate. In addition, the product is NOT as represented on the website. The material does not stretch, is shiny and cheap looking, and the inside "fleece" is a thin white flannel material and looks nothing like the website picture. I requested a refund and the below was the response.

FRUAD ALERT!! The leggings are ill sized and quality. I purchased the small as a gift and they did not fit. They will not refund or exchange despite their advertised "risk free 90-day guarantee"; their "fast refund>100% guarantee" and nothing in their return policy to support no refunds/returns. They will simply give you a return email stating they "delivered what you ordered. Thanks for your understanding" email.
This site is a complete SCAM!

I ordered this product knowing my wife's size for the leggings. When we got it- it would not fit, it did not stretch. That's okay- I'm fine with requesting an exchange no problem. I politely requested a return and was denied. The return policy is outrageous and will lose more customers because of it. Do not order from this company.

Two issues with the retailer. First, I ordered a Small and a Medium and both are way too small in length. The sizing chart is a joke. Despite have having a 100% guaranteed warranty, they will not exchange or refund.
Second the lining is not as advertised. It's more of a flannel material versus the picture that shows a thick cashmere.
Now that I have started looking, I see many consumers with the same issues.

Ordered leggings on November expecting to get them way before Christmas. I received them on Christmas Eve! Quickly wrapped them for my daughter. On Christmas Day, she tried them on and couldn't get them past her hips (she is not overweight either). It was way too small - looked like it was for a young kid! We ordered an adult medium. The quality wasn't that good either. They won't accept returns or exchanges for larger size. I'll never order from this place again! Avoid this site!!!

This is a scam. Ordered an item over a month ago and paid for express shipping. Still waiting for the product. The customer support just keeps telling me to use the tracking number which is not informative.

Item is not as they advertised, absolutley different from the pictures. (A lot of people didn't get they order) Their support service denie everything. I ordered 2 Superthick cashmere leggings, and i got 1 not thick and not cashmere legging (totally different from the photos in the advertise) and the costumer service reply to me they didn't mistake, that was the right quantity and the right product. Do not buy from them (it's a chinese scam company)!
