15 out of the 48 tubs of dehumidifier I…
15 out of the 48 tubs of dehumidifier I ordered were delivered to me damaged.
As though this was not stressful enough your staff have been taken me to task to prove that these tubs were indeed damaged.
I sent them photo evidence as they asked but they said it was not enough proof and demanded video evidence which I complied with.
And they have not come back to me with any update as I write!
This is my first ever purchase from Belaco and I am not impressed at all.

Fast delivery
A delivery was badly handled and I didn’t get my order. Customer services saved the day and issued a replacement in short time. I also greatly feel my device is an. Improvements on what I had before. It’s cooler quieter and lighter to move around.

Great customer service
I ordered a large room fan during the hot weather and it is very effective and runs quietly. I couldn't work out how to attach the 4 end caps onto the stand so contacted Customer Services. They promptly emailed a video of exactly how to do it, so great service too.

I ordered 4 stand up fans due to the hot weather . I was regularly updated with regards to my order and they arrived as expected. The fans are off exceptional quality. I ordered them as I had bought one around 4 years ago and it is still as new and works well.
