Bit of rubber in garlic jar - no answer
Found a bit of blue rubber in one of their garlic jars. Emailed them only to alert them to the issue, in case it wasn’t an isolated incident.
A week has passed, I have followed up, no answer.
Appalling that a food company first has no food safety standards and then just ignores customers when they try to alert the company of an issue.
Will never buy any of their products again.
I was lucky to notice the bit of rubber. The lack of accountability is shocking.

I love the olive oil infused with basil, I cook virtually everything with it, crispy roast potatoes are wonderful. Fast delivery and well packed, I don’t like the price however. I appreciate the olive industry has taken hits re fires and drought, resulting in the hike…I am still purchasing it as it is a constant and a lovely flavour.
