I’m extremely disappointed with Belfort
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Belfort Furniture. When I purchased my furniture, I also purchased the extended warranty because I was clearly told that after 5 years I would receive a store credit for the amount if I didn’t use the warranty. Now that the 5 years have passed, Belfort is refusing to honor what was promised.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I contacted them multiple times throughout those 5 years to ask about the credit, and not once did anyone mention there was some kind of expiration period or deadline to redeem it. Every time, I was simply told I would receive the credit after the 5 years. Now suddenly they’re changing the story and refusing to issue it.
This feels incredibly misleading and dishonest. Customers should not have to fight to get what they were promised when purchasing an expensive warranty plan. I would strongly recommend that people steer clear of this place and be very cautious about any promises Belfort Furniture makes regarding warranties or store credits.
